I definitely will be back when I am in the area again. The Trainwreck burger was amazing, and the place just had the coolest atmosphere. I just wish I could live closer.

This place is awesome. I try to get here whenever I'm in the Arrowhead rising the gravel roads in Superior National Forest.

My husband and I came here for lunch on Saturday. We were immediately greeted warmly. Our server Bev made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. We each got one of the entree sandwiches, my husband got one of the specials offered. He felt like the sandwich could have had more fish on it but overall thought it was good. My chicken sandwich was great and served hot. Fries were OK, nothing special but they were hot and tasty. The dessert special was chocolate mouse and was yummy!
Bev made our experience special. She was so homey and warm. Thank you for another great meal out!

One of the landmark restaurants on/near the north shore. It's worth a trip into the woods for a visit alone. The food is alright, the service is good, and the beer is great. It's a winter oasis as it is halfway up the snowmobile trail between Silver Bay and Grand Marais, but it's worth a visit any time of the year. Get a Trainwreck with Casualties as no two of those burgers are the same, and you will never find anything like that that burger anywhere else. On my last visit, mine was topped with a chili dog and my friend had a piece of walleye on his.

What a wonderful quirky place! Way off the beaten path but well worth the effort. If you’re there on Bingo night, STAY!
Everyone made us feel welcome and we had such a good time!
