The past few times I’ve gone here they will either not tell you to wait or they will and then someone else will pull up in the second ordering lane and I’ve been sitting there already for some time and they get their orders done first and then I can order. I thought it was supposed to be first come first serve until there’s lines then it’s every other.

For McDonald's and fast food they do pretty good. Our orders are very likely to be correct and complete. The only thing I can think of for constructive advice would be we went here one morning during open hours and waited for quite a bit at the DT. And then found out they were short staffed and not open. It would have been nice to know what was happening.

Consistently poorly made, cold limp underdone fries. This week, missing 1 chicken nugget from a 4 PC order and didn't receive my sauce. Employees are always pleasant but I will be taking another good long break before trying again at this location. If fries are not good what's the point of spoiling my diet.😆

We were on our way home and decided to stop at McDonald's for something to eat at 6:50. We went through drive thru and We didn't get to order our food until 7:20, (1/2 hour in line) and then received our food at 7:30. (Another 10 minutes) Service at McDonald's sure isn't what it used to be, it's not fast food anymore, but it has the expense of restaurant food.

Usually we are dissatisfied with either our meal or the customer service. However tonight was very different and nice. The drive-thru gal Ava, and the night manager Sherana (apologies if the spelling is wrong) were EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. This is what we need to see more of in this country. It's nice to see people enjoying their jobs and not miserable taking it on the customers. Keep up the great work!!!

I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but I really felt the need to this morning. I wanted to say that both ladies working the windows this morning were absolutely wonderful and they made me feel like I actually know them. they absolutely made my morning they were so sweet! :)

I live here in Foley and unfortunately this is the only fast food restaurant we have in town so we don’t have very many choices. Need to say but I would like to say eight out of 10 times I go there. There is something wrong with my order. It is cold or it’s incorrect or the person that is taking my order is just incompetent Today. I tried to order a big email and constantly got charged $.40 extra for each meal. I asked why her response was I don’t know. It’s just the way it rings up well as I’m looking at it. It’s because she’s charging me for a medium drink instead of a small which it comes with. This is the way it is at this McDonald’s is not consistent. There is not one single person that knows what they are doing there. They are so incompetent. It is pathetic. Let’s pray to God we get another fast food restaurant here in Foley Minnesota soon so that McDonald’s can go out of business and we don’t have to deal with them anymore.

Weird old guy on a computer was staring at me in the corner when I was eating my six-patty Big Mac, and it took like 20 minutes to get my food, and I was one of two people in the lobby, and when I walked in, the drive-thru was empty. Ive worked at mcdonalds for many years and by far the worst mcdonalds ever but all the staff other than the weird old guy are very postive and freindly

No napkins, shity service, didn’t ask my kid what she wanted for a side, gave her 2 apple slice packages when I asked for both fries. Then slammed the window on me and didn’t say anything like have a good day etc.
