No napkins, shity service, didn’t ask my kid what she wanted for a side, gave her 2 apple slice packages when I asked for both fries. Then slammed the window on me and didn’t say anything like have a good day etc.

There’s a sweet older woman that works at the pay window and I absolutely love her - she’s just a delight. Then you get to the pick up window and encounter the manager - no customer service, hands food out the window without even looking at you while talking to someone in the background with a scowl on her face - something doesn’t add up, here! Axe the manager and promote the sweet gal at the pay window!

I just heard 3 employees complaining with employment gripes and were blocking the entrance as I walked in to order. They stood there for 15 minutes oblivious to customers.
Meanwhile no one was taking orders. What ever happened to courtesy and being responsible employees?

Terrible business, placed an order and went to pick up at 8:40pm and the entire place was closed? Not the first time we’ve been told they’re closed earlier than they say and the last time the staff was rude. Do not recommend, save your time and money.

on there website they say there open until 11 but the manager said 10 but we tried to get food tonight at 8:30 and there closed they should stay open until they can get the website fixed and if they say they close at a certain time they should stay open until they say there closed

First off the drive thru is wonky. When you get to the first window you are like 3 feet away because of the very tight turn you have to take to get there from the menu board. Next they took a very long time for a three item order. My large Powerade tasted more like water than it did flavor. How do you mess a simple Powerade that you have a machine to fill up for you. It also wasn’t fully filled to the brim. Almost like it was someone’s unwanted drink from 2 hours ago. Very sad and disappointed in this McDonald’s.

Waited half hour in the drive through watched many vehicles just drive away! The drive through workers need to do their job! Seen only like two people inside I know they were not busy with people on the inside.

Closed early on 10/18/24. Even called to check with hours. Either change the hours from 11pm on the app and online to 10pm or don’t close early. 1 star review.
