Sandwiches have been made very well, like they truly care. We like the sandwiches cut more then once and they do that for us as well. Haven't had that experience with the stores up here, probably going to make this our go to store... Nice work!!

Burnt our sandwiches. Spent $20 for 2 burnt footlong subs. Ordered them for pickup so didn’t realize they were burnt until we were out on the lake. Huge disappointment from this location. Week after week the quality seems to go down.

My husband just got back from picking us up some meatba subs. 2/17/23 a few minutes before noon. I attempted to call about the issue at 12:01 PM and received no answer. The mailbox states it is full. The issue is all of the meatballs in our sandwiches are dry, rock hard and my kid almost choked on it. They were tough. If I was receiving this for free then I can see why no one would care, however, we paid and money is earned in this home with sweat and tears, especially considering one of us is Active Duty. It's ashame you can't get your money's worth these days.

Wow ive never had such stale bread at any other subway in all my life ive tried this place 3 times and nothing changes. The last time i tried it i swear there was sand in my sandwich. I hope they didnt use anything on it that fell on the floor
