“Great friendly place, something for everyone, convenience within Hugo's grocery store and caribou coffee shop all in one. Location has handicap accessibility and has plenty of parking area.”

“Had the Sausage Pepper Onion tonight. It was very good. Bartender and Waitress checked on us frequently and made sure our needs were met. 5 Stars!!!”

“Was just a quick stop for chees curds. But this is one of the few place that still has the option to order from your car. Probably the best location in the state.”

“Good service and good coffee. Not much atmosphere due to its small area inside of a grocery store. Very limited seating, but nice counter space and displays.
Dietary restrictions: Vanilla oat milk hot latte is a great for gluten and dairy-free individuals”

“Came in to the Fosston DQ today as a chaperone for a group of 5th graders from St Michael's School in Grand Forks on a field trip. The staff there did a FANTASTIC job making sure all of us were taken care of. Great experience. Thank you!!!”

“I stopped in recently for the first time in awhile & the service and food was fantastic! The new manager Megan has done an amazing job. She’s bubbly and fun to talk to and the table where the food is kept was so clean and organized! Even in the middle of a busy lunch rush. I highly recommend fosston subway!”

“We had great pizza tonight. Chicken bacon ranch and a pepperoni 🍕 with extra cheese. Some of the best we’ve had.”
“I will keep this simple:Little Bobby's made me want to live in a small town.As a guy from Fargo my whole life, there was something special about this place. You could tell it had a living soul within the historic building that has been a number of businesses over the years. We had wonderful service and amazing conversation with not only Bobby, but everyone else who worked there. My burger and fries were great. Loved the various names of the many dishes based on songs of our past but also special things to the man himself (Bobby). As a lover of music and people, I probably could have just hung out a few more hours. It truly felt like home. Thanks again!”
“It was pretty busy for the one waitress/bartender/cook. Table of 8. Food arrived hot, well cooked. The drinks were refilled, and my sons could go grab a can of pop in the cooler when needed without bothering anyone. The only complaint was the one sandwich my son ordered was too greasy for him and not what he expected. It was the Cajun burger, I think. And there was no pepper jack cheese, so he didn't care for it. But otherwise we enjoyed our meal.”

“Brought my grandparents for their birthday and we absolutely loved the whole experience! They were serving breakfast, lunch and supper items all at the same time - and there was quite a variety of each! Our waitress was very kind and attentative. The only things that we wished were a bit different, were the hours (they're only open until 2pm), aaand they didn't have any desserts, which we were really looking forward to having for their birthday. Lol!
Parking: It's right next to Hugo's gas station, I believe. In between that and the gift shop/pharmacy in town. Right off the main street, couple streets before Dairy Queen. There a few a few places to park right in front of the building and then some slanted parking in front of the gift shop and across the road. CAUTION: steep step going in-to/out-of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: They have quite a few options on the kids menu and the cute kids cups come with good straws and tight lids. Plus the waitress had patience when my son was commenting on everything he wanted and noticed in the restaurant. LOL It was a great experience for ALL of us.”
