I went there before church, in attempt to get some ice waters for my worship team and was told they cannot give it to me. I asked how much it would cost for an extra two cups of ice water and they were rude insisting that its policy not gibe more than two. I did not mind paying for the extra ice cups, I simply wanted water. I was greeted with eye rolls and they didn’t even offer for me to buy bottled water. They just said no.

Usually get what I ask for, but this morning received completely wrong drink with none of the add ons requested and paid for. And not the friendly Barista experience I usually have. She was rude and rushed.

Honestly, I love caribou and sometimes the service and food is great. But often times you'll wait in line for 45 minutes for them to make you ONE coffee. One lady that works there gets the smell of weed all over your drink and food, and they often mess up orders. One vehicle in front of me, no one inside and it took 45 minutes to make my one drink, and the two drinks of the vehicle in front of me. This is a very reoccurring experience in this location. The baristas just talk and work with no sense of urgency.

I specifically asked for extra salt on my salted caramel budino and they put zero salt. i went yesterday to get the new cinnamon drink and it was pure cinnamon. same people working both days.

This was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received at the Fosston Caribou coffee. You can get the workers didn’t want to be there and were very rude. Never once did they smile or provide a decent customer service experience. I went there around the noon hour today and won’t be returning. I guess they hire just anyone now.

Good service and good coffee. Not much atmosphere due to its small area inside of a grocery store. Very limited seating, but nice counter space and displays.
Dietary restrictions: Vanilla oat milk hot latte is a great for gluten and dairy-free individuals

Friendly staff! My London Fog was made just right!
I go there around 3pm no one ordering, no in line, or in the lounge, so it wasn’t busy at all. Two girls were working and chatting I walk up to the counter and both girls stare at me the one filling containers with coffee beans right by the til on the counter just standing there chatting with the other worker right at the cash register. I kindly stood there, thought at the VERY LEAST they would say “be right with you” not a word! They both knew I was standing right at the register counter waiting as the one kept looking over her shoulder the other peaks around the side of the display glass. I LITERALLY HAD TO LEAN OVER AND ASK THEM IF I COULD ORDER A COFFEE after waiting for five minutes in silence as they talked and kept checking if I was still there. SHE DIDNT even respond to me, she walks up to the register and says “what coffee would you like” like no care at all! I’ve literally had people tell me they refuse to go to this caribou because of the service like this it just disgusts you. If you don’t want to interact or provide decent customer service go bag groceries.
