We happened upon this establishment on our way home to the Twin Cities. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and atmosphere. They have a few arcade games, (the locals clapped when some children won prizes, very heartwarming) pool table , and TV’s displaying sporting events. My biggest impression was Brandon. He was friendly and has fabulous customer service skills which is very refreshing. We look forward to our next trip to ND and stopping by Pooch’s Corner Pub!

For those seeking a local small town place with good food and excellent service Pooch's is a great option. The food is simple, fresh and tasty. Located just a couple blocks off of I-94 in Freeport, MN it is extremely easy to get to. I go to Pooch's a couple times a year and have never been disappointed. Supporting local businesses is important and Pooch's is one I highly recommend.

Pooch's Corner Bar is fantastic! The place is impeccably clean, which makes for a very pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. Service is impressively fast, and the pull tabs are great fun. Highly recommend for a great night out! Francis is amazing!

If you're not a local, don't expect service from one of the bartenders. I came in twice with a group of friends (who are locals) and he came by to take drink orders of my friends but walked away before I gave mine. I had to go up to the bar to order my drink. Twice. Completely rude. And was ready to walk out. I'm a generous tipper but definitely didn't bother tipping those times. He's a horrible bartender. Thankfully another bartender came in for her shift and was way better at serving, and asked ALL of us if we needed more drinks. The food is definitely good.
