This place comes in clutch every now and then but for the most part I will avoid this location as well as the one in Roseville. There is one hour every night where they do not take orders because of some system reset they claim has to happen but still keep the store open and online ordering is still available. For whatever reason, on overnights this store specifically will not let you use in app offers or cash in points, no idea why considering I can elsewhere. I've had my fair share of missing and incorrect items as well as poorly prepared and sloppily assembled food, depends on who is working. Without fail, every time I get ice cream they give me a fork to eat it with 🤷🏻

Food was good, but while I waited for my my mobile order (done right in the lobby so I got to watch everything), SIX people in the restaurant got their orders before me, and ordered AFTER me. They let some guy budge people in line without speaking up or asking the others to come forward.

The one thing I really love about Burger King is that they still send out paper coupons & the deals are just as good as on the app, if not better. Not everyone has a smart phone or wifi to give them access to the app. There service has improved, food was hot & ready to eat. Also, I paid more than I wanted for the new mushroom & Swiss melt burger, but it still was not as over priced as McD's sandwiches! We'd go back!

Whopper Jr was cold. Chicken sandwich was microwaved. The mayonnaise was hot. Worst BK ever. Staff now waiting but talking to each other. Only 2 customers. The other persons order was wrong.

Wouldn’t recommend I ordered a double whopper never asked for bacon and they put bacon on my sandwich, also food was cold and old what happened to fresh fries and fresh onion rings, it needs to be more diverse here!! Very unsatisfied should have just got my money back!!!

Wouldn't go to this burger King worst experience ever. The wasn't working and we just wanted to utilize the coupon on the app but the app kept saying it was experiencing problems and they were working on it. We went through the drive to Explain That the Lady in the Drive Through Said.Yeah, that's fine, and then ring it up.No coupon.We re explained it turns out she did not speak very good english... Personally I think if you're going to have someone working drive through you should speak english but what ever i went inside. To which I was met with nope nothing we can do. I ask for corporate number because it's not their fault but then i was told corporate doesn't have a number only a website and when i go there there is no way to communicate to anyone. Sorry bk you dropped the ball and are lacking customer service,

This place seems to like hiring people who can’t and will not perform 24/7 service. No one forced them to work and if they don’t like then they need to find a different job. Do better!

I have a discount card for a buy one get one wopper , they said the card isn't for the fridley location. The fridley location one closed. Why I got the card after that one closed to get a buy one get one mashed no sense. Slammers.
