First time at this Caribou, I couldn't receive the sandwich or coffee I wanted with combo deal. I couldn't use my GC because I didn't have a perks number.

I go to this Caribou every Sunday morning after church, and honestly, it’s always hit or miss. My usual order is a Campfire Mocha with white chocolate and an extra shot, and somehow that’s become an impossible drink for them to get right. It feels like they just can’t (or won’t) make it with white chocolate — every time I bring up the incorrect drink, I’m told it’s against policy or too complicated, and I end up feeling like I’m the problem for even mentioning it.

Today was another example. I ordered the same drinks I always do — three were made correctly and quickly — but the Campfire Mocha took about ten minutes longer. It looked like they had to remake it, maybe because they used the wrong chocolate again. Even then, the final drink seemed to be made with milk chocolate and missing the extra shot.

It’s frustrating because instead of owning the mistake, they hand it over like I won’t notice. At this point, I’m done trying to go back and get it fixed. I’ve given this location more than enough chances, but they never take responsibility or seem willing to learn how to make the drink properly. Sadly, this might be my last visit for a Campfire Mocha with white chocolate and extra shot from this location.

Ordered 2 drinks and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable! Drinks made fast and weren't too watered or too icy. The coconut foam is my new favorite thing

I have never been to this location, however this particular business pays for invasive square icon advertisement on Google maps. It takes a significant portion of the screen and can't hide it even when zoomed way out. Very abrasive. This is a navigation app, Not a billboard. Stop and think before you pay for advertisements.

These people are always accommodating to my sister & me. We can only afford to get fancy coffee on the weekends because we're on limited budgets as seniors. We never qualify for perks but we do love our cold brew.

I've been going to Caribou for well over 10 years + I've always gotten a blended turtle with white and milk chocolate and it's always been thick with little ice chunks in it. And today what I got was totally not that I will never go to that Caribou again ever. They gave me some liquefied cooler or something. That is not what I asked for. I asked for a blended turtle I know how they make them cuz I've seen them make them. As I've said I've been going to Caribou for over 10 years well over 10 years. So today I was not satisfied.
