The mixed girl with the glasses has a serious attitude problem and needs to be checked. Tell me you hate your job without telling me. You wonder why your tip jar isn't full. Well you maybe need to act a lil more professional with a new mobile app customer. Maybe work in the back of you can't cut the attitude out of your tone of voice. 🤷

Worst coffee I have ever received from any caribou. My mocha tastes like water no flavoring at all. So bad I threw it down the sink to only find all the flavoring in a big clump on the bottom 1/4 of the cup. No mixing of drink was obviously done. This location is usually great but today $7 literally down the drain

The last several to-go orders I've made they didn't even start by the time I get there. Pretty sure they're not adding the extra shot every time. My drinks have been beyond weak and just basically taste like milk. Went today to attempt to give this location one last shot to see if maybe it would be a better experience if anything it was only worse.
They offered to give an extra shot after I commented the drink looks way to light it I was already behind schedule since the drink wasn't even started when I got there

I don’t understand the shorting of the drink and the abundance ice provided. Is ice in a Medium size cup worth $6.50, I probably paid $1.50 worth of coffee and $5 worth ice??
The employees were very rude and quick. I didn’t know trivia is on the app now and I asked for the trivia question and they snapped on me about the app. I had a coupon and they couldn’t use it. Even though I met the qualifications for my coupon they told me to use it another day.

My vanilla latte didn't have vanilla in it. This seems to happen about half the time I order a vanilla latte. Unfortunately I drove away before tasting it so had no way to correct it
