I’m not sure if they’ve got new management recently, but I’ve noticed them really going out of their way to offer great customer service! From making sure to proactively let me know to use my points/coupons before they expire (sometimes I don’t even know I have the coupons available) to making up for long wait times, etc. They’ve got a great crew who are trying hard - thank you!

The last 5 times I've been here, my drink has been made completely wrong. Usually, my fiancé buys my drink for me while I get ready for work, so I don't have time to drive back to the store to ask for a new drink. I used to work at this location and it never used to be this bad. I always order a campfire mocha made with white chocolate, oatmilk and no whip. I always end up getting a standard campfire mocha - milk chocolate, 2% milk and whip. It's a good thing im not lactose intolerant. The baristas must pay closer attention to what the order is, and repeat it back to the customer like they are supposed to do.

It seems impossible to even write this, but we waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes last Sunday. How is that even possible? Also, you can't escape the line because the drive-thru is a single lane!
Then to top it all off, the window server was visibly aghast we didn't leave a tip and was rude handing the coffee. Unbelievable.

I live two blocks from this caribou and have been going here for almost 3 years now. In the past month or two I’ve noticed my drink is burnt tasting about 80 percent of the time now. I go here about 4-5 times a week. Whenever the blondish/strawberry blonde (manager I think??) is working, my drink is always perfect. She is also very friendly and quick/efficient at making/taking orders. I used to work at caribou years ago so I know that they are leaving the shots out to sit for too long or not properly cleaning the machine. It’s a gamble everytime if my drink is going to be good or taste like cigarette water :(. Shout out to the blonde worker though she deserves a raise. I will try to only go when she’s working but hopefully they can teach/train or clean the machines 😥.

This is a small Caribou with limited seating due to it being in a busy strip mall area. Service when I ordered was great but then it seemed that they were a little behind or got more so with a shift change. My order got lost somehow and a couple other customers had minor issues. Shout out to Sam for helping me get my order back in and she even gave me a free drink coupon in return (which wasn't necessary but appreciated). Thank you!
Ordered a Large white chocolate espresso Shaker WITH pumpkin cold foam and LIGHT ICE. Definitely did not get either. Tastes fine till but there was definitely more ice added and no evidence of cold foam. Didn't get a receipt but know I paid extra for something I didn't get. Love caribou but everytime I go, I never know what I will get because every drink seems to be inconsistent.
