We had a mobile order and they hadn't even touch it and when ask how can we help you the girls were super rude, none of them had name tags on and you should never talk about a customer in front of them! our order wasn't even correct it was two blizzards! I work in customer service and I would fire the whole staff that was working on father's day! we live in Fridley but will be driving some where else for our treats
Staff, you should really put a warning sign on the restroom door letting people know that when they open the door they are about to enter a worm hole that will send them to the only outhouse toilet in Antarctica. Let them know it's so cold that their tush may freeze to the seat. Also avoid touching the handicapped bars as they may cause instant frostbite.

Ordered the “new” snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard. Horrible! The staff made this completely wrong so it was inedible. They used too much of the cinnamon base and it tasted like the cinnamon challenge in ice cream. It went into the garbage.
