Alisha is truly a cake decorating magician! Despite my last minute calls… twice!! she was willing to take on my orders with a positive fun attitude and even accepts my theme requests. Her enthusiasm shines through every time she answers the phone, making the whole experience delightful. Beyond that, she does an absolutely fantastic job on the cakes, offering thoughtful suggestions and genuinely caring about the quality and final result. Unlike others who might just take the order, Alisha goes the extra mile to ensure perfection. Dairy Queen is lucky to have such a star on their team! Huge thanks to Alisha for making every cake special!!!!

This particular DQ location turned my negative outlook on DQs to a positive one all because of the wonderful service received. There were no complaints whatsoever which is a change dealing with DQ now days. The guy working the drive through happen to not only be friendly but he was funny and made my Brownie and Oreo Cuperfection just perfect. Presentable and PLENTYFUL to better describe it. This ice cream treat looked exactly like the ones on the TV commercial 😍. I wish more people who work the food industry cared about quality.

Went to the DQ in Fridley with my sisters, and we all ordered versions of chocolate blizzards. All of us discovered that the bottom of our blizzards were unmixed vanilla ice cream. Very disappointing.

I went through the drive through because the app wasn’t letting me order
Ordered a fish sandwich meal and a hotdog meal
I would think it was pretty simple but no I had to go back and get the hotdog while the rest of the food got cold and the blizzards melted
These companies need to hire at least one competent person to look over the rest
For the money they charge they should do a better job at least teach some manners
An apology would have helped
If I really feel the need to have DQ again it will be a different location

I usually stop in after my morning shifts on the weekend and usually always get the same thing the large royal cheesecake blizzard. The first time I got one from this location it was perfect but the second time they literally handed it to me literally dripping down the sides with ice cream and it got all over me and my car. Didn’t even give me a napkin until I asked for it. The third time I went in the girl that helped me was really nice but there wasn’t any cheese cake bits in it at all. I feel like every time I come in (besides the first time) something always goes wrong. I didn’t wanna give this location a terrible rating. But I still wasn’t satisfied with my order at all.

Ordered thur Doordash OUR Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard had no cheese cake , or real Strawberry's in it, was very bland no taste a syrup blend, with chocolate chunks?
Tasted like, they just threw the ingredients they had left in there. was Ordered at 9:50 pm at night, they were horrible,

The only people that make the stuff delicious and correct is the long time employees. Not sure how training is done but I would imagine it is a lot of things to learn. That said they shouldn’t be making items because they are so bad it makes me not want to go to this location anymore. The store is stunning looking but the quality and service times and punctuality of the front cashiers is so terrible . I think waiting 5-10 mins without even being greeted is so terrible

They claim they accept delivery order but they always decline them. Why are you on delivery apps if you don’t accept the orders?

Nothing like what is pictured on the menu. Missing a third of the sundae. To be fair most of the Dairy Queen's do this. The building is very clean and up dated.
