I’m not one to leave reviews, but going to this location, I had to say something about just the terrible service this store has. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 7+ years and have ran restaurants. This store is so dysfunctional. I order here because it’s close to home and when the order is made correctly it is done really nicely. I usually order on the app an iced coffee and ask them to put whipped cream on there because the app has no option to put whipped cream on there. I was told that next time they can’t because it’s an up charge. Paying an up charge is no big deal to me. I’ll pay the upcharge but there is no option to on the app. While I was trying to explain that she can just charge me when I get to the window because there’s no option on the app, very rudely she cut me off and said they’d have it ready at the window. And they made it wrong. There’s been times I’ve gone and they’ve been out of coffee, and inconsistency with their rules and inconsistency with their product. I get SO much better service at maplewood but it’s a farther drive for me. I only go there on my way to work. So I go here because it’s close to home. And with the inconsistency I try time and time again to give them a chance to do better. Looks like I need to make the farther drive if I want better service. Very disappointed and will unlikely be coming back here.

They took really good care of us, we had a big event and needed donuts, despite them being busy they were able to take care of us and the big order, the donuts were fresh and everyone loved them, best assorted donuts.

I have been coming to this Dunkin multiple times over this past year and each time my order is messed up, the staff don’t talk to you and have insane attitude and the wait times are very long. I went again today with my friends and the window worked dropped my friends card while handing it back to her and it fell outside of the pick up window and the worker did not say sorry or anything. My friend had to get out of the car and grab her card. I know it was a mistake but the blatant rudeness of the worker not saying anything at all for the whole exchange was insane to me. My brown sugar shaken espresso tastes just like oatmilk. No flavor at all and no coffee taste. I keep coming back thinking maybe the shop was having one bad day but it’s been every single time and I feel like everytime I waste my money.

I went here on the way to my son's graduation from college .I ordered 2 sausage croissants, 2 ice coffee, anda a hashbrown .I asked to make it two meals he said no.He charged me 28$ ..There was no sausage on the sandwiches and no hash browns!!!!He could have made it 2 Neal's for 6$ each!!! So he robbed me plus didn't give us our food .He did Gove me a extra large coffee I didn't ask for ,but we wanted our sausage, hashbrowns ,and my 14 $ It should have only cost 6$ each meal!!This place is gonna go out of business if they don't figure out better employment!!

The ineptness of their crews makes it fun to bet on how many mistakes they can make on one order.
Slow,inefficient and a non caring attitude of the entire staff effectively make it a horrific experience each time we go there ! (But the Bagels are worth it)

The worst Dunkin ever. I made a mobile order and I still had to wait very long in the line and my old foam was cold foam anymore. My sandwich was cold asl and then I ordered two hash browns and had to go back because there was only one. Then went in there the highschool girls was playing around and it was messy in there then the guy with color hair was acting as if he was under the influence he did everything extremely slow. The service sucks ass. I’m having better luck going to the 42 Winnetka then this location which is only down the street.

We ordered at the window, the order was read back to us it was correct and then we got to the window and our order didn't exist. Upon reordering at the window, they then messed up our order 3 separate times, and charged us for the wrong items.

I’m sorry to say that my recent experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location just keeps getting worse. I placed an order at 9:16 a.m. today and ended up sitting in the drive-thru until 9:45. After waiting so long, I asked if I could walk in, and even then, I still had to wait until 10:02 to actually get my food. Almost an hour for some donuts and a sandwich is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. By the time I received my hot sandwich, which had been sitting for about 20 minutes, it was no longer hot. I’ve always enjoyed Dunkin’, but this location has really disappointed me.

My sandwiches taste like bleach today. Should not have even taken a bite, that chlorine pool smell should have been enough. Called them up and they were like, not smellin any bleach but we will tell the manager, they made the sandwich. Oh I am sure the manager is going to get right back to me to own up to making a mistake… just shut it down if you can’t not poison people.

They need to fire the entire staff and start over. Everytime I go to this place they mess up the order and forget to give me food that I actually paid for!!! The staff are rude af, and very unprofessional. The drinks are nasty, the donuts taste stale, and stingy with the glaze. I’m so done with this location…NEVER AGAIN!!!
