I was in the store and being helped by a young lady, I ordered and then got the coffee and no acknowledgement after that so I asked another gal she had red checks to see if I could get my donut holes and my cream and she said, “you just have to be patient” as they were helping the gentleman behind me. She grabbed the bag for The donuts and snattly said what would you like? Very unprofessional should have completed my order before she moved to the next one. I usually get GOOD through us, but she was very unfriendly.

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to and I have been to them all over the U.S. Went here today and experienced terrible customer service. The order organization is lacking (we were given the wrong order twice) food took a long time to come out as a result of this. Dont waste your time trying to be loyal to Dunkin because the service here is not worth it. Workers need customer service training!!!

I’m really sorry, but I can’t help but sound unreasonably rude in this review..
I love DD, but it’s like the dumbest people in town all work at this place. I hadn’t been here in several months after having (seriously) maybe half a dozen consecutive incorrect orders in the drive through (I’m the moron for going back over and over, I know).
My first trip back: the TWO cars in front of me took over ten minutes to get their drinks. By the time I got to the window, I was told my total was $6.05- I verbally confirmed this by asking “$6.05?”, girl says yup. I pay with a $20, and a nickel. Girl does some register stuff and gives me back $14.99, because my total was actually $5.06. This is obviously not a huge deal, but how do you work a register and have such bad number sense? On top of that, I also got the wrong drink AGAIN
I don’t get coffee all that often, but I’ll happily go way out of my way to avoid this place, despite how convenient it is on my regular travel route.

My munchkins (donut holes) were very very dry. I asked for 3 of them. Was told the smallest size was 5 so I said ok. When I got order, I paid for 5 but only got 3! I also asked for a glass of ice water with my espresso but only got a cup of ice ... Not impressed at all with this visit

The service here was beyond bad, no smiles angry people working there and I’m really mad about this because this was my favorite Dunkin but all of a sudden they’re all mad and angry and they don’t treat their customers that good I’ll be going to a different Dunkin they also made her iced coffee wrong little more training at this place I think

super rude, forgot my donut in the drive through and when i came inside to grab it they gave me super bad attitude for a donut i paid for. and when i came home they gave me something completely different from the sandwich i ordered, i paid full price for a completely different thing.

Not bad.
They did not put caramel into my coffee order. When calling to discuss this the woman on the phone was condescending. She treated me as if I was an idiot. She just kept repeating herself over and over again as if it was going to answer my question. There was no kindness and this is not okay.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but going to this location, I had to say something about just the terrible service this store has. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 7+ years and have ran restaurants. This store is so dysfunctional. I order here because it’s close to home and when the order is made correctly it is done really nicely. I usually order on the app an iced coffee and ask them to put whipped cream on there because the app has no option to put whipped cream on there. I was told that next time they can’t because it’s an up charge. Paying an up charge is no big deal to me. I’ll pay the upcharge but there is no option to on the app. While I was trying to explain that she can just charge me when I get to the window because there’s no option on the app, very rudely she cut me off and said they’d have it ready at the window. And they made it wrong. There’s been times I’ve gone and they’ve been out of coffee, and inconsistency with their rules and inconsistency with their product. I get SO much better service at maplewood but it’s a farther drive for me. I only go there on my way to work. So I go here because it’s close to home. And with the inconsistency I try time and time again to give them a chance to do better. Looks like I need to make the farther drive if I want better service. Very disappointed and will unlikely be coming back here.
Twice now. No frozen drinks, blender down. No to most the bakery goods. Just gave up and left after 5th choice not available
They took really good care of us, we had a big event and needed donuts, despite them being busy they were able to take care of us and the big order, the donuts were fresh and everyone loved them, best assorted donuts.
I have been coming to this Dunkin multiple times over this past year and each time my order is messed up, the staff don’t talk to you and have insane attitude and the wait times are very long. I went again today with my friends and the window worked dropped my friends card while handing it back to her and it fell outside of the pick up window and the worker did not say sorry or anything. My friend had to get out of the car and grab her card. I know it was a mistake but the blatant rudeness of the worker not saying anything at all for the whole exchange was insane to me. My brown sugar shaken espresso tastes just like oatmilk. No flavor at all and no coffee taste. I keep coming back thinking maybe the shop was having one bad day but it’s been every single time and I feel like everytime I waste my money.
I went here on the way to my son's graduation from college .I ordered 2 sausage croissants, 2 ice coffee, anda a hashbrown .I asked to make it two meals he said no.He charged me 28$ ..There was no sausage on the sandwiches and no hash browns!!!!He could have made it 2 Neal's for 6$ each!!! So he robbed me plus didn't give us our food .He did Gove me a extra large coffee I didn't ask for ,but we wanted our sausage, hashbrowns ,and my 14 $ It should have only cost 6$ each meal!!This place is gonna go out of business if they don't figure out better employment!!
