If I could put zero stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Based on the comments Im not even sure how this location is still open. We were met at the drive thru with an employee with a terrible attitude. Kept interrupting while I was trying to order. I asked for an order of bacon (felt pretty self explanatory) but was hit with so much attitude asking “what bacon” “we have multiple items with bacon, you can’t just say that” but then wouldn’t let me get a word in-instead they very rudely yelled all the food items that had bacon in them. So completely unnecessary. Then kept interrupting me asking if I wanted “hot or iced” “hot or iced” over and over again repeatedly getting louder as I was trying to answer. It was also very clear that they could hear and understand what I was saying to them but were being disrespectful for no reason.

I have been to this location several times before and it seems every time their coffee taste like dog water. It’s horrible, awful inedible. Coffee is the most basic drink come on get it right it seems that they run the machine and they are too cheap or lazy to actually put coffee beans that are quality in there because it’s disgusting.

The grown woman or man idk with the pigtails that was taking my order was literally rolling her eyes at me it was really awkward, cuz like what did i do. I told her my order and asked if she can scan my QR code. Like I'm sorry for ordering. First and last time ever coming here.

Tried to go through the drive-through tonight on November 17, 2025 6:15pm. Had two clients with me. Both clients have disabilities. In the drive-through, I asked the gal what type of specialty donuts or classic donuts they had on their menu since nothing was listed on the menu like normal. She proceeds to tell me they don’t have any specialty donuts at the moment and that all they have are classic donuts. When I asked what classified as a classic doughnut and what they had for availability on stock, she told me a jumbled list of could have been, they normally have, but they don’t have items.
When I asked which ones they had in stock at the moment, she said, you’re welcome to come in and look at our inside availability so you can see what we have. I had responded with “No, I would like you to tell me what you have, I cannot come in as I have disabled clients with me.” She then ignored everything that I had just said, and in a snarking, rude tone said in a very high-pitched voice, “oh, OK then.” and proceeded to ignore my basic request for assistance as she was not gonna tell me any of the donuts name styles that she has available because she’s lazy and doesn’t wanna do her job.
As I drove away telling my clients they were not going to get a treat tonight, I looked through the window on the way out and saw her standing on her phone. It’s not hard to tell me whether you have a chocolate covered doughnut or a cake doughnut or a glazed doughnut available but she simply refused to do her job and was enthused to deny basic service.
So to whichever manager or closing lead was allowed to work on November 17, 2025 at 6:15pm, You should find another job. You are the worst employee that I have had experience with while I have had clients with me. You are rude and just a terrible human being. I hope you find a job that suits your negative attitude and your hatred for basic tasks that are outlined in your job description.

Have caused. If someone blind walked in, I guarantee you wouldn’t even take the time to help tell them what you have available. You would do the same thing you did tonight and you would tell them to read it for themself. Hmmm. See how that works?…it doesn’t.
I hope your district manager and regional manager see this.

I went there. I ordered an Americano with three extra shots of espresso and it cost me almost $12. I’ll never go back to that location ever again off of university. And I never even got a receipt with my purchase. I should’ve driven off as soon as they told me how much it was.

This Dunkin’ has some of the most careless staff I’ve ever dealt with. I asked for less ice, and they acted like it was a problem just to listen. The energy here is lazy and unprofessional. The drink looked like they didn’t even want to make it. I’m not surprised this place has the reputation it does — won’t be back and don’t recommend.

I came here at 11:25am on 10/10 drive thru. The male who took my order was nice but the woman in the green colored shoer hair taking my EXACT cash gave really rude tones to me and negative stares/body gestures. When I confronted her saying her attitude wasn’t necessary she pauses, stood there quiet and speechless. She didn’t even apologize, didn’t even say thank you while giving me my food like all the other workers from the times I been here. If you don’t like customers or get thrown off by the littlest things then do not get a job where you have to talk to customers. Simple.

I had to stop going to the Fridley location because I would say 50% of the employees correct me with disdain and a dirty look if I don’t describe the item I order in a specific way depending on who is taking the order. It’s quite bizarre; I thought I was just reading off the menu, but even then I get crap for that too lol.
I’ve ordered a “cold brew with butter pecan and cold foam” and been corrected with “you mean a butter pecan cold brew with cold foam? 🤨” The next time I go I say “May I please have a butter pecan cold brew with cold foam?” And I get “you mean a cold brew with butter pecan and cold foam? 🤨” I can’t win for losing and always end up leaving feeling like I offended the company or something. From now on I’m going to try the one in Andover. Maybe they’re friendlier and I won’t feel bad about ordering my coffee?

Been here about 5 times and every time I ask for light ice extra oat milk and every time it’s wrong I don’t understand why they won’t give me less ice I don’t want more coffee just less ice. I don’t want watered down. The last time they put extra ice just don’t waste your time they can’t get ice right……

I guess if you order specific donuts now they don't even bother to tell you they are out of the ones you ordered. It be nice to deal with decent human beings who would be transparent enough to tell you the issue and give you the option to switch them out for different ones or cancel the order completely. Good thing no allergies were involved in my case.

I was in the store and being helped by a young lady, I ordered and then got the coffee and no acknowledgement after that so I asked another gal she had red checks to see if I could get my donut holes and my cream and she said, “you just have to be patient” as they were helping the gentleman behind me. She grabbed the bag for The donuts and snattly said what would you like? Very unprofessional should have completed my order before she moved to the next one. I usually get GOOD through us, but she was very unfriendly.
