I was in the store and being helped by a young lady, I ordered and then got the coffee and no acknowledgement after that so I asked another gal she had red checks to see if I could get my donut holes and my cream and she said, “you just have to be patient” as they were helping the gentleman behind me. She grabbed the bag for The donuts and snattly said what would you like? Very unprofessional should have completed my order before she moved to the next one. I usually get GOOD...

They took really good care of us, we had a big event and needed donuts, despite them being busy they were able to take care of us and the big order, the donuts were fresh and everyone loved them, best assorted donuts.

We ordered at the window, the order was read back to us it was correct and then we got to the window and our order didn't exist. Upon reordering at the window, they then messed up our order 3 separate times, and charged us for the wrong items.
