This place is great! The workers are suuuuper nice and they know what there doing 100% recommend this place. The only downfall is every once in a while I will get bread that is sliced poorly.

i never leave a review but this is like the third time i’ve gone and every time their soda machines are not working, one time the coke is coming out clear and the other time all the sodas are spraying all over the place, don’t charge me 3$ for a drink if you know your machine is broken

Ordered a turkey sandwich and a big khahuna in restaurant to go. My turkey sandwich was made fast and moved to the checkout but when I went to pay the other sandwich which is a hot sandwich wasn’t even made. I had to wait an extra 15 mins for it. By the time I got home (I live 5 mins away) my sandwich was soggy with the oil and vinegar. Also, my sandwich tasted like tuna at first bite and my throat started to swell as I’m allergic to tuna. I got really sick had to go to the hospital and couldn’t eat the sandwich at all. I really wish they would clean the assembly line in between orders for this reason. It was evening when I ordered this time. I never had a problem during the lunch hours. Maybe I’ll just stick to lunch hours when ordering when management is there.

I’ve been to this jersey mikes 4 times this year. Every single time I’ve come it’s been memorable. But never for a good reason. This 4th time got me to finally write a review. I give it 1 star and that star goes to the food. It’s excellent. If they were hand me the sub and I had zero interaction with anyone then this would be a different review. But unfortunately it’s the people at this jersey mikes that makes me not want to come back. first time in I ordered a steak and cheese, I added bacon and when I got home no bacon. No problem. I called and they said I could have a replacement sub free next time I go in, again perfect. I go in about a week later and I ask for the sub, after about 5 minutes of verifying and calling the manager that approved my free sub, they finally started. They asked what I wanted and I said the sub I ordered last time with bacon. The employee refused. “Bacon is extra” he said. I was confused. “Yes it is, but that’s the reason I’m getting a replacement sub, because I paid for bacon and didn’t get it last time” he refused again. I asked if they could call the manager again, they refused. “You only get a standard sub for free” I was upset, but took the sub because the employee started to get visibly upset, and he had no issue raising his voice in front of other people. I took my sub but was upset with what I had to go through to get it, and not even the sub I was wanting. This last interaction did it for me though. After almost 6 months from that horrible experience I wanted to give it another shot, the food was good and hopefully this time things would be different. Wrong, I walked in and asked if they had anything else with steak that wasn’t the Philly. The employee made zero eye contact, rolled his eyes and pointed vaguely to his left, no words. Assuming he was pointing at the menu I quickly scanned up looking for the steak section. He then said we have the Philly. I said ok, I’ll just do that then, I was already a little annoyed but whatever. I said I’ll just do that then, no onions. He rolled his eyes again. “The Philly only comes with peppers and onions, you want no onions” I couldn’t believe I was being talked down to.
Yes I said.
He then rang me up, grabbed the money and walked away. All with zero eye contact.
Maybe it’s just my luck, but every time I have an interaction with someone here. They’re disrespectful, smug, and rude. I will never be coming back.

As someone who works in the food industry the service at this particular location is very unprofessional and rude. The first time I went a i had ask if they had Pepperjack cheese and was told if i wanted pepperjack to go to subway which was very rude and unnecessary. Tonight i went again for some subs for me and my wife i had asked if they could grill the bread, was given excuses about they don't do that and the bread would get hard. To which i had to tell him the other time they did it with attitude but still. Well they but the bun on for a few seconds not even a minute and only one of the buns. The chicken philly was suppose to have peppers and they didn't include it in the sandwich. Overrall a very negative experience this is a service that is being paid for not given for free. The restaurant needs to train its employees better on providing customer service. I don't have this issue at other Jersey Mike's locations.

I asked for Turkey and roast beef swiss cheese hot and was told I could not have it because it's not a hot sub. I said there is a grill right behind you can't you just put the meat and cheese on there like you're about to do for my other sandwich and they again said no.? The other sandwich,(hot sub) they asked me what kind of bread and I told them Parmesan. When I got home to give my husband a sandwich realized still got regular bread. ?
I have to say I was impressed y the staff the other day. They were kind and courteous. I’ll be going back to this location. Other small shops like jimmy John’s and chipotle (especially on Central) are not great and not that clean.

Dietary restrictions: They use a udis gluten-free bun to the best if my knowledge. And they make sandwich on a separate tray. Generally I would say gluten intolerance yes. Celiac or gluten allergy probably not.

The staff tonight greeted us very nicely when we came in tonight. They were very nice. The sandwiches are good but very wet. Need to eat it right away otherwise your bread gets real soggy.
