We ordered $65 worth of food through doordash and when our dasher got there, they only gave him a bag that only had drinks in it and none of our food. When we called the store we were told there was nothing they could do, we tried to explain that our dasher was on the way back to get the food and they refused to make it, as it was "breakfast hours now".

it’s sooooo big backed to make a fast food review but this is genuinely the best mcdonalds location i’ve ever been to and i have to give some props! i live in downtown mpls and consistently make the 15-20 drive to this mcdonalds rather than one of the many that are closer to me because the quality is amazing and the service is so friendly! mcdonalds can be so hit or miss but every time i’ve been to this location, my food is piping hot and fresh out of the fryer and remarkably fast for how fresh it tastes! seriously, if corporate reads these reviews please give these employees, especially the night manager (i usually come at night lol) a BIGGGG raise!

Waited over an hour for a doorsash order just for the restaurant to cancel it at the last minute. Super unprofessional. Will not be giving them any further business.
Something I've never been able to say about any mcdonalds ever. MY SAUCES ARE ALWAYS IN THE BAG. I never have to check to make sure all my food is there. There was one time they forgot to bring out my delivery I went in mad and the manager i believe (who is so nice all the time and is wonderful) gave me an extra fri plus a new one. And yes the food can be cold or taste old at times but its fricken fast food man. If they're too slow you get mad if it ain't fresh you get mad. It can't always be perfect.
I went here recently and met the most friendly McDonald's employee I have ever seen. He was helping a guy figure out how to use the kiosk. Very patient and kind.
