If I could give this zero stars I would. I went through the drive thru today and ordered a snack wrap. Got my snack wrap, had a bite, went in for another and I shit you not almost bit into a dead fly. I went in, showed them, watched them make another snack wrap with the same lettuce the dead fly was attached to on my snack wrap, and then approached me and said “Yeah I don’t know. Do you want another one?”. I can’t imagine a world where anyone would want a different one after that. Especially seeing as they didn’t even change the lettuce out? Place was swarming and crawling with flies. Got a refund but it didn’t seem to be too big of a deal for anyone ???????? Not sure how it isn’t????

I understand you have to take an order but you also have to be patient with customers while taking an order this young guy in drive thru was in there asking what I would like I told him and quickly responded “anything else?”, “anything else?”, I said yes and I wasn’t done and he still said “anything else?”, if you do not like your job quit! Not coming back if service is starting to sound like harassment!

This McDonald's was bad, dr pepper was out of syrup, went through the drive thru and when handed it looked like sprite with a splash of coke in it. Went inside to get taken care of, and the syrup was out, tried mellow yellow as well same thing told an employee and they did nothing about it so I grabbed the orange because it worked. The drive thru experience was equally horrible, it took a while to even get order taken because they were very slow, took a while to get food you go through the drive thru because you are in a hurry, and it shouldn't take 15 min, but hey who like to be to work on time anyways.....was horrible value, and taste was more meh than usual the fries were on the cold side even after dt time was almost 15 min. It's McDonald's, not much was expected, but be able to reach the bar ( and the bar is quite low for McDonald's to be honest, the food should be hot, edible and fast that's it ) but it seems as if this store was terrified of the bar and absolutely refused to go anywhere near it. On top of how expensive it is now that just pushes it out of choices. Will choose to go hungry than to eat there.....
Clean store, lots of parking, only issue was my app wasn't working correctly

Order curbside pickup. System notified my that the order was ready and would be brought to me momentarily. 10 minutes later I walked in to get my order and it was still incomplete. I’ll use drive thru next time

Chicken stros were soggy. Forgot the juice boxes with the happy meals gave apple slices when i asked for extra fries. Only 2 high chairs and all the way in the play area. Didn't get sauces asked for. Burger wasn't made the way it was listed.

Did a pick up order in the drive through, and the first thing they was “what do you want”, not sure what was her problem but had an attitude the second we got there. I don’t know her name but she has blonde hair.
