I have ordered food for pick up from this location twice, several months apart. I work close by. The first time I was given a door dash order by mistake and it was too late to switch it by the time I realized. I provided my name for pick up and the employee appeared to be reading the tags.The second time I went for lunch, today, I did not get all the toppings I chose for my bowl. I confirmed viay online receipt that I entered it correctly.The food tastes good but I think their processes need refinement.

Very friendly staff, took care and time to make the food. Even when asked for something while billing, they put on gloves again before touching the food. This shows their thoughtfulness and hygiene

This is by far the worst experience we have had at a Pancheros.. one of the 3 bowls we got was more like eating mushy soup. If I would have wanted a soup type food I would have gone somewhere to get soup. Queso turned hard even though it was still warm. Employees were rude and thought it was fine just to communicate to each other so the order had to be repeated a few times. We have been to a few Pancheros locations and the Fridley location was by far the worst. Food was definitely not work $60.00

Way too expensive for what you get. Paid almost 20 dollars for a small bowl, chips queso and a couple tortillas.

First time trying this place but when I received my bowl, I did not expect it to be so small! Paid $14 for half of Chipotle's bowl. I literally was eating a salad bowl instead. Only two pieces of chicken. Smh. Tried it, never again.

Always delicious! If you love fresh tortillas, this is the place to eat. Much better than Chipotle or other comparable stops. I tried the seasonal Mango salsa and it was excellent as well.

Not sure what that other review was about not even sure how you can complain about mwat being all fat when you say you got a meatless burrito, but whatever-- It confused me so much I decided to write my own. Been going to this location for years. It is run by some sweet and hard working folks who know how to make some great food. I always get the Tofusada- recently, they have adjusted their tofu into a more granular mix with peppers and onions and I LOVE IT. It's so filling and tastes way better than earlier versions of chunked tofu. Their burrito tortillas are always amazing being fresh pressed and stretchy, their quest is awesome, they mix the burrito ingredients together (which is huge), their hot sauce is the best...I can't comment on any meat, but all of my veggie/tofu burritos have been incredible and I'm about to get another once they open today. Never had anything like that other review here- worst I've ever had to deal with here was a long line. I will continue to patron this location and spread the word of Pancheros
