My wife and I went in on a Sunday evening fairly early, arrived about 5:30. It was not very busy. The service was good, staff was friendly and very attentive. She ordered the simple shrimp, I ordered a ribeye, and we ordered the gizzards as an ap. The salads came right away, the gizzards shortly after that, both excellent. Do yourself a favor and get the Gyro. By far the best I’ve ever had. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and attentive. I visit from the Twin Cities from time to time and always stop by for a fantastic meal. And get some swag while you’re at it and spread the word.
We found this place at about 1:30 pm today - Sunday - and will definitely take the 1.5 hour drive to come back! My husband, who is an award-winning Certified Executive Chef of 40 years and also previously the Chef for the Minnesota Vikings, loved his Big Ben burger & truffle fries! I had the chili dawg, and it was fantastic. Kudos to the Chef and all the staff!
