“Great food and very downhome friendliness feel of this small town restaurant with great service. There is a daily special and a breakfast menu. They have a simple lunch menu of sandwiches, paninis, salads, and soup. Our sandwiches were great along with good size portions. The restaurant is in a nicely renovated old bank building with the kitchen behind a vault door. Very quiet and and peaceful. There is a nice small seating area with two couches where you can sit and relax with your cup of coffee and cookies.”

“Bakery items were very good but had such an odd experience with the unfriendly young woman at the counter. Having made a long drive from out of town, we dropped in for a pastry and needed to use the restroom. We were blankly told they did not have a restroom and that the nearest one in town was at the gas station. The sign outside stated there was a restroom for customers? Very odd experience.”

“I'm happy we stopped..My son and I paged through books as we waited for our meal. He raved about his cheeseburger and tots. I got the ham lunch special, it reminded of the foods I was served growing up. I really appreciated the kind service as well. My son was so impressed, I hope to stop again during my travels.”
