Ordered a chicken sandwich with the works and got a half an onion and drenched in mustard, mayo, and ketchup with a crushed bun. I'm not even comfortable eating it. If you're that irritated by an order to do this then what's to stop you from spitting in it or doing something to it. Like bro if you hate your job that much. Quit.

If you are in glencoe, dont even waste your time. Absolutely worst DQ I have EVER been too. Product was below par, staff seem to be a bunch of kids with summer jobs. Someone needs to manage this place better. My wife ran DQ's for years. This is the worst i have experienced.

Had my order in before it got really busy and several customers after me that dined in hot there food before me - I was in a hurry and was getting very upset because I felt that wasn't right - they should be doing orders as they come not jump ahead on orders and make others wait longer . Several other customers have told me they have stopped eating at dq because of that happening . You need to fix this problem or you won't get your customers - remember customers pay your paychecks .

When I walked in, the restauarant was a mess. There was toppings and syrups all over the place and only one girl was in the front of the restaurant helping about 10 people. It took 5 minutes just to order and all I got was a shake but there were multiple people in there so I understood. However, the lady was extremely rude and barely said anything to me. She didn’t even tell me my total. As she was making my shake, she made 3 other treats. One of which was a cookie dough blizzard. As she was finishing my shake, she dropped it and then gave it to me anyway. Along with my shake being dropped, it wasn’t mixed whatsoever as you can tell by the photo. When I started drinking it in my car, there were chunks of something in it because my straw kept getting clogged. She not only dropped my shake and she didn’t mix it properly, but there are cookie dough chunks in it as well, presumably from making multiple different treats at the same time. I would not recommend this dairy queen location to anyone after the experience today.

It's dairy queen the Ice Cream is always delicious but everytime I put in a online order it seem like they don't read the special instructions and just make it regular.
Staff is usually nice and polite, but half the staff needs to dress better and wear clean clothes. I don't want to receive food from someone who looks like they haven't showered, nor washed their clothes for a week. 🤔🤢
