Make sure you don’t show up without your phone, otherwise they won’t serve you. They should have extra menus in the back but don’t.

I would love to give more stars but we got there and our breakfast was not done yet which is fine I understand short staffed but then when it is done they pack it up then started remembering things they forgot witch was toast bacon they packed that up we left we were starving we unpacked everything just to notice they forgot my husband's hash browns. Please check your meals before you leave I guess.

This place has really nose dived. The last 3 times we went there to eat they told us they couldn’t make food or that they only serve railroad guys. We work nights so it’s nice to have a 24 hour place in town but now it’s not an option. The service is terrible and the lady was super rude and short with us. If you aren’t cooking 24 hours you should tell the public so we don’t waste our time. Everyone thinks it’s a place to go at 2AM so have some decency and let people know. I’ll never go there again and I’m sad because it used to be amazing.

Not our best experience at a Penny's diner! They use an app to order and pay, which even the waitress couldn't get to work! They finally said that they would write down the order when we asked where else could we go to get some food! The whole process took quite a while! They all seemed to be distracted. The hashbrowns weren't good because the oil was old that they cooked them in!

The management sucks. I believe they're trying to delete the waitress and cashier. First you must order off their website which wouldn't complete our order. They have NO menu. You have to ask for water and if you need silverware you must ask the cook for it. The cook was too busy helping customers so the food can't get prepared.

Do not recommend, the service was horrible waiting over an hour and got half of what I ordered. I originally ordered a meatloaf and 2 sides and paid for them. Halfway thru the wait they said they were out of meatloaf and so I ordered a Philly cheese steak with fries. When I got it an hour later I got tator tots and a very dry sandwich. They didn’t do anything for compensation or substitute. They didn’t even ask me if it was okay for substituting the tots

We recently had the misfortune of dining at this establishment, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a very unfriendly welcome. We were meeting my mom, and when she arrived, she wasn't even acknowledged by the staff.

The booths are in terrible condition. When you sit in them, you practically fold up like a taco and end up sitting about six inches lower than normal. This made for an incredibly uncomfortable dining experience.

We asked for salsa and sour cream, but they didn't arrive until we were halfway through our meal. When they did finally come, it was with a noticeable attitude from the server.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Brown toilet paper was caked on the floor, as if someone had flooded the toilet and decided to leave a memento. It makes me fear for the cleanliness of the kitchen if they can't even keep the bathrooms clean.

As for the food, it was incredibly bland. The peppers and onions were nearly raw, adding nothing to the flavor of the dish.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and find somewhere that cares about their customers and cleanliness.
