I like to stop in when I pass through Glenwood. Amazing donuts, but terrible customer service today. I asked for a box instead of a bag for my donuts because every other time they’ve been in a bag the icing goes everywhere and it’s a mess. The woman working got very disgusted when I asked for a box and she replied “for 3 donuts?” I said yes, please. She then was just plain rude. Muttering and sighing and acting like she didn’t even want to help me. I will never go back.

We have come here quite a few times, but we came in today with my in-laws who were from out of town. The women who helped us was HORRIBLY rude… every time my FIL had a question she had and extremely rude and sarcastic answer. I had to walk out before I escalated the situation. The food items have always been okay, but I can’t imagine coming back after today.
