Waited 15 minutes at the front of the drive-through waiting area waiting on a concrete mixer. Had to flag somebody down to get my order. Took about another five minutes for my order to come out at that point the custard was melted and I asked for a new concrete mixer. Proceeded to wait there for another 10 minutes before I had to ask someone else where my order was, by the time they brought out the “new” concrete mixer that one had also been melted. Up there with some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.

It’s hard to go wrong with Culver’s. The ice cream is always delicious and the service was quick for sure. Friendly people helping us out even though it was a packed restaurant.

6/2/25 construction is happening right now so parking spots may be tight. Clean bathrooms and kind staffing.

Sent a sealed bag via door dash and forgot a $15 order of cheesecurds. The only other item was a meal. Ridiculous

They follow the instructions for my sandwich which is untoasted, dry dark bread, grilled chicken with lots of pickles and a side of pickles. Plus, if you answer the questions on your receipt, you get a free scoop of custard with one topping.

This Culver’s is consistently above average. Food is on point. Service is very good. Even when the drive thru is busy with 6 or 7 cars, the wait time is never over 10-15 minutes. Only issue is that during peak times, the drive thru gets backed up due to the layout of the parking lot.

Pretty good fast food but not the best it’s life cream is a let down but the cheese curds sre really good
I only ordered two chicken tenders, french fries and a drink, and the french fries were 10/10 amazing, but my chicken tenders tasted like onion ring oil and the breading on the outside wasn't fully crispy. I will go back for fries.
