Bad service. High school girls with attitudes who have never been trained on customer service.

Worst Dairy Queen I have been to. The food was terrible and the restaurant was so dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Never go back there again.

Really bad service. High school kid overcharged me for a custom blizzard. Charged me for every little addition. $11 for a medium blizzard is ridiculous. Bad energy in there too. I am a very loyal dairy queen customer, going once a week in the summer. Not going to this location ever again.

I miss the tables. Now you have to eat in the car.

Employees were very helpful.

Asked for a cup of water with my blizzard and was refused and offered me a $4 bottle of water. So i cancelled my order. If you can’t give me a cup of WATER? I can’t give you my money. Very cheap of these big corporations for mediocre soft serve.
*** love how they responded and didn’t even acknowledge what I said. MIND YOU this was during a heatwave that I asked for water WITH my order. So many businesses do care about the people they serve. These companies serve the dollar.

Stopped in while a completely belligerent customer was screaming at the staff. While being screamed at, the staff remained incredibly calm and continued to help customers. These employees deserve a raise for how calm and kind they were to the customers who came through during this time.

I have never encountered a more rude, incompetent, disqualified staff at any other establishment. Go literally anywhere else

They will make a runny blizzard not flip over your Blizzard then say they don’t need to follow that policy while wearing a T-shirt that literally shows upside down blizzard

Nice little DQ shop. This is like a pop up, no seating and no drive through. I miss the picnic tables they used to have in the lot. They do have one long bench outside. Also beware you need cash or card they do not have contactless pay options. Great place to take a bike ride to! Employees have always been friendly and they seem to staff according to demand

Very disappointed with my recent visit to Dairy Queen. I was with a group, and we all ordered individually. I specifically asked for an Oreo Blizzard, but it was never added to the order. Everyone else received their items, and mine was completely left out.When I brought it up, there was no apology or effort to make it right. It felt like my order was just ignored. It’s frustrating to be the only one left without what you asked for. This kind of service is really disappointing. I hope they work on being more attentive.

For as busy as it was that night, our order was processed rather quickly. The same Blizzard treat that I first had when I was a kid didn't change a bit. Heath bar Blizzard is exactly what I remembered.
