They don’t accept the app, so no promos. FYI 🤷🏻♀️
Does not take Dairy Queen app/coupons As they consider themself not part of corporate
The worst service ever! Absolutely disgusting. My order was made incorrect and sloppy 🙃. Then I was talked to disrespectfully literally the employee could've either refunded the money or remade it but no instead they decided to try to embarrass an elder with condescending smirks & didn't even give their names or mangers contact info. Result was us leaving with nothing. Never in my life have I had a issue like this. I need some answers ASAP!
Poor service.
Awesome little Dairy Queen. The location is very focused on walk ups with a dedicated walk up window for ordering. Place always seems to be well staffed and it can get BUSY. Even then, waits are not bad. Ice cream is what you expect. Having this place within walking distance is both a blessing and a curse (for my waistline). Looks and feels just like it did decades ago when I was a kid, so is a huge nostalgia trip. Sucks they are closed in winter, but also understood for their size.

The service takes the cake. They don’t skimp on the toppings, and I love the hometown feel. The summer vibes are immaculate. This is a Golden Valley/Crystal establishment ?

The guy at the counter was friendly and efficient. Have been coming here about 2 years and it’s a pleasant experience every time.

Doesn’t accept Apple Pay, has ordering from the app offline, and has higher prices than other nearby locations. Lost my business.
I’ve got a tree nut allergy and since they don’t keep that place very clean I ended up have an allergic reaction (take notice there was nuts in COTTON CANDY Ice cream.) So make sure you tell them if you have an allergy or something so they’ll use clean machinery. Other than them not being very sanitary this is still my go to place to get ice cream.

Our favorite neighborhood DQ!
Service could've been nicer and they are slacking on the amount of toppings! I got a medium blizzard and at the bottom there's just plain icecream

I went today with the BOGO Blizard deal in the DQ APP. I was told we don't have a scanner and cannot honor the deal. I called DQ corporate and the told me that
They are participating on this offer. He choose not to honor the BOGO offer. I will never back there again!
They charge like 12% to swipe a credit card and their prices are already high. My medium Mr. Misty Freeze totaled $5.81 from what the employee said, then my card was charged $6.50. I only went there for a nerds blizzard and found out they don't have nerds anymore.
Also, the indoor area was locked, so we were all forced to stand out in the rain.
My ice cream was good, so at least there was something positive about my experience.

You know as a former Dairy Queen employee I get you start packing up a little before you close but it’s 9:30 they were open a whole hour still and I placed my order for two blizzards and got none of the right toppings besides a pathetic small splattering on top of not even the right toppings. One didn’t have cheesecake and the other a chocolate brownie extreme had no brownies or chocolate but rather 5 puny brownie batter thrown on top. Pathetic
