I am grandpa. I took my grandsons 7 and 9 from school for the free single scoop day. One boy said that he wanted a blizzard. I have never been to a dairy queen. I didn't know a blizzard was not in a cone. So by the time I found out. He said it was too late and to get out. He said that I could drive them to Plymouth Dairy Queen but that he won't serve us. I said I'll pay but he refused. What a jerk. The boys were crying in the car. This guy is heartless. Don't go to this place, please !!

I just moved a few short minutes away and was looking forward to some ice cream. I arrived 20 minutes before their posted close time thinking I was in for a treat, but unfortunately the doors were locked while I could see employees inside still working. Google and their sign clearly states they're open from 11am-10pm. If hours have changed, please post those changes. I would love to change my review and try the location in the future when hours are more clear.

The employee who made my snickerdoodle blizzard put so much of the snickerdoodle powder/mix in it that I could not eat it. I love the snickerdoodle blizzard normally, but this one had waaay too much in it. When I asked for something different due to too much being added, I was told the only way I’d receive a different blizzard is if I paid for it. ? This location cares nothing about the customer experience and will proudly proclaim that they are not a corporate store to justify their poor service. Highly do not recommend anyone go to this location.

Just save your time and money and have ice cream at home. They don't have a pup cup, and instead sell you a full size ice cream for full price, for a small dog! The blizzard was not made as ordered. Beware they charge and additional fee for credit card which was nearly 7% of our order.

This location sucks! No customer service . All employees have bad attitudes and they rush you soon as you walk in . I highly recommend this location gets shut down and their manager gets fired as well as all employees. Their food sucks .. my hot dog was cold and so was the cheese.

Some things to know: no hot food and not a drive thru. The employees were all friendly and productive; we waited 3-5 minutes once we ordered and our blizzards were mixed all the way through from top to bottom which is truly a delightful change of pace from my normal DQ location. For me, it was worth driving out of my way to have a blizzard done right.
