Table of 5, two crusted Walleye and two steaks, one chicken wings and Caesar salad. Everything was wonderful - and l love the fact that this is one of the few places that actually has anchovies for the Caesar salad !

I ordered a salad with grilled salmon. The salmon was perfect. The salad had sour dressing with no seasoning and was terrible. Waitress training new person and was talking extremely loud trying very hard to upsell our group and did not read the table that we weren't interested in her entertainment or drink suggestions. Group of 6 that wanted to converse among ourselves and not be entertained by her training a new waitress and showing her the selling techniques. I will not...

I love to have lunch at Doolittles with friends because their menu always has something for everyone and the noise level is low enough to make it easy to carry on a conversation with more than one person. I usually choose the Pick 2 because their soups have always been top notch and the ciabatta club delicious. I was disappointed today. The apple compote on the mushroom soup was a nice touch but did not add any flavor. It was a bowl of puréed mushroom with no depth of flavor....
