I ordered via Uber Eats, but called for a special request of a large red container of Lemon Sauce. Without pause without hesitation yes mam will be sure to add it to your bag ?????????! I feel like this is the best day of my life ? why can't the other Leeannchins do this! It's soooo easy! Please spread this attitude and can do culture to the other locations. Jesus! This made my LIFE ????!!!!

I used to love LeeAnn Chin. But I’ll never be able to eat it again. There was a clump of some kind of dirt substance which made its way into a bite. It was gritty and disgusting like some kind of dirt. I showed it to the person working and she apologized and offered to comp me another entree and I declined. Yuck.

The employees at this location are really nice except for one. I think she is Hispanic or something like that. She has a very nasty attitude and doesn’t know how to handle a simple situation. I went in today to buy bourbon chicken and magnolia chicken and I asked for a full side serving and she had insisted that I get the plate. I said no because I didn’t wanted carbs.. Fast-ward, it was time pay, she rang me out and said that my total was $19 and change, i then said that’s was a lot for two sides of chicken and that I have gotta the same exact order for way less (9.43) she then started shouting and said “ I told you to get the plate” and started being very arrogant when I asked her for the plate instead because there was no way I was going to pay that much for some couple of chicken. She then went and aggressively thrown back the chicken and started to “school” me. Instead of her just telling me that the other person who served me last time probably made a mistake and kept it like that. I think she acted like that because I was black because I saw the way how she interacted with the white in front of me. She should have handled the situation differently. But the way she did, made me feel like I’m not welcomed. The food is not good for her to be treating the little customers you guys have like that.
The food had no flavor. Its cery clear by the taste of the food that the people who are making it dont know how to follow the recipe and put the correct seasoning in the food. Like how do make orange chicken bland. Its also Ridiculous that the girl making my imperial couldnt even put the correct amount of food on the to-go plate, both of my orders that i paid $24 was half empty. Please get people who know what they are doing or train them correctly cause this is just ridiculous.

11/09 I placed a delivery order and never received my food. I called the Golden Valley location spoke to Liam unsuccessfully getting a refund. After work, I went to the location in Golden Valley and spoke to the alleged general regional manager, she said she needed to contact corporate office for my refund. On Monday, I called again inquiring about my refund and was told they needed to investigate my claim and would call me back. 11/14; 12:38p, I have not heard from Leeann Chin Golden Valley location. #strike2
Ordered online pick up. They got the order wrong but the food is still good. Love the bourbon chicken.

What time does the store close at because I thought it was 9pm like it’s posted. But when I walk up at 8:40 and the doors are locked and two employees give me snarky attitude saying we’re closed. Im never going in there again and it looks like no body else is based on the state of the store. 0/5 if I could, shut down and get replaced by some trendy smoothie bar.
