It's a McDonald's. I am not here to complain about food. I am here to complain about the treatment of employees at this location. I don't work here. I never have, I never will. HOWEVER, the work schedule system here is APPALLING. Get an app or something, your employees should know their schedule at LEAST a week in advance. Anything else is honestly rude on your part. Get an app, this is 2024.

I never WANT to go to McDonald's. When I do go it's because of a situation or a time constraint largely beyond my control. Today was no exception. I walked into the restaurant and up to the counter and ... nothing. I was ignored. They're expecting either drive-thru traffic or that you'll order your meal yourself from one of the disgusting, germ-laden touch screen kiosks. I stood there like an idiot for a few minutes. I threw in a couple of loud "Hello?"'s for good measure. Then I left. The two registers at the counter must be a museum exhibit. A reminder of the way things used to be back in the old days.

Don't eat inside. Order gets messed up in the drive
Bought drink here multiple times on different days throughout the year. The drink taste water down. Not worth thr $1.60. Taste worse than water lol. Go to a gas station and grab a 20oz instead.
