I ordered the French Dip. The roast beef was good with a generous portion size. However, my main critique is the bread was too soft for this sandwich and got quite soggy. I'd be interested to try some of their other sandwiches where the soft bread would pair better.

Mort's is what I would describe as okay. Went in for the first time for lunch, all staff were very friendly. We ordered mac & cheese bites, potato latkes, fish & chips, and a brisket sandwich meal. The quality of the food seems a little cheap for what you pay for. Especially since they added a price increase on everything. Most of the food seemed like store bought and reheat ingredients & they lacked flavor tremendously. Brisket meat seemed like chewy over processed roast beef. Atmosphere was also okay but it was also a little dull.

Morts is an institution! Great food, excellent service, nice atmosphere for dine-in and OHHH the sandwiches!! It’s just too bad they don’t sell their pickles by the jar, only individually.

Late lunch sandwiches on a Friday should have paved the way to linger over one of the many beer choices but.... Rachel was generous in size but was greezy. Fries were good but looked like they had been reheated.Sorry to say we didn't stick around.

Worst service ever!! We were seated by what must have been the only waitress working at the time. We sat waiting for 15 minutes while the waitress walked by several times and never said a word to us. She never offered us a beverage or an explanation. We got up and left.

Im definitely frustrated with my visit today. We had ordered take out in person and I watched the young red head girl behind the counter fill an 8oz cup when I had ordered a quart. I had let her know that was the wrong size and pointed to the cup size I wanted so there was no confusion. I then saw her fill a 16 oz cup... again NOT the quart sized I ordered. I questioned her again, and said "is that really the quart size, its so small.." and she said "mhm". I got home and pulled out a quart container I had and sure enough, it's definitely not the right size. On top of the fact that I could hear and see her complaining to her coworker about me asking for the right size. If she would have just admitted she made a mistake and fixed it everything would be fine! Really disappointed in the staff. I tried to call to ask for the correct order and got the "full mailbox" message. I understand being understaffed but theres no excuse for undertrained.

The food is really good, but man, their prices are getting ridiculous! I'd give them 5 stars for food. However, two, non alcoholic drinks and two sandwiches for over $50 (NOT including tip)??? I understand prices are going up, and they post that their menu prices will have 15% added, but then also a credit card fee?Honestly, we used to enjoy going there, and the food is still great, but they are no longer worth it ?. We won't be going back anymore.

First time eating at this deli. The sandwich was huge! All of the meat tasted fresh and the bacon was cooked to perfection. Their Matzo soup was so tasty, definitely will come back for my lunch.
Adorable cafe setting and amazing food! Best wild rice soup! So creamy! You can tell it’s homemade. Their 3 cheese grilled cheese on ciabatta bread was delicious! My husband ordered the tuna melt and said it was excellent. Cheese curds and fried mac and cheese bites were great too! This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back!

Had a business lunch and Dwight was our server...it was our lucky day! He was attentive, beyond helpful, personable and made the experience a five star for sure. He made meaningful recommendations and we shared an open turkey sandwich so we could each have soup (matza ball and wild rice) and wow, yum! He gave us the space to do our business connect yet was quick for refills and to go boxes. Food was great, service was superior!
