Almost every time I come to this location, something in my order is forgotten and I have to go back, even after standing there waiting for 15 minutes for an online order.

The portion sizes have dramatically decreased. This location is usually a guilty pleasure of mine however I’ll be considering other Asian style options in the future. $13 w/ no drink or sides..

Wowwww. I usually sing the praises of this location. But dang. They are disorganized. I waited for 45 minutes, while they messed up order after order and left people waiting forever. My partner got his food, the people before and after me got their food. They had no answers when I asked if my food was coming. I never got my food. I will never come back here. Never. I would recommend literally anywhere else. Don't waste your money or your time.

Any order that has had an error has been corrected with great service. Val is a nice lady

Colan was the young man who took care of me. He listened to my taste, I had no idea what to order! He helped me and I got the most amazing meal. I will definitely come back, but I would definitely want him to be the one to help me. amazing young man.

Awful. Ordered takeout and walked in when the app said our order was ready and waited by the counter for 30 more minutes. Had to ask for our drink cups. Took it home and the order was TERRIBLE. They forgot the protein, too much sauce, noodles uncooked. Never again.

I grew up in the food industry, so I’m a harsh critic and have overly high expectations. This is probably my hundredth visit to Noodles and Company, and I always order the Penne Rosa with Parmesan-crusted chicken.

Tonight, I went to the Golden Valley location, and it was by far my best experience yet. Evelyn at the front counter did a great job and truly went above and beyond. This was the best Penne Rosa I've ever had (seriously). The entire staff—from the manager to the cooks—was friendly, professional, and had such great attitudes.

I left feeling really appreciated as a customer! If I were the area director, I would promote everyone on this staff because they are far better than any other location I've been to. Golden Valley will now be my go-to spot!

Usually I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this place was atrocious.

Garbage was overflowing, the bathrooms were destroyed, all of the tables were dirty, and this was all while there was only six patrons eating in the restaurant.

When the food finally came it tasted like burnt oil and dish soap. We watched one of the employees literally rinse out a pan and then wipe it with a brown dirty rag before throwing another batch of noodles to cook. Avoid this place.

Walked through the door and was met immediately with the smell of dirty people. Should have just turned around but didn’t. The guy who rang us up was very friendly and kind. We dined in. All the tables were dirty, but we picked the least icky one and hoped for the best. Food came out. My kid and I both got pesto pasta which should be a pretty safe bet. Noodles were chewy and undercooked. Hers had some browned chunks of something mixed in with it. Way too much sauce on the dish and everything was room temp. My kid asked “mommy, is this going to make me throw up?” We both had eaten about 2 bites and we returned our dishes and left.
