Great customer service! Employee Stephen/Steven acknowledged me when I walked in even though he couldn't help me right away. My food was brought out wrong in he took care of it right away with no hesitation and apologized. General Manager Emily was great, checked on me and other customers while cleaning. Overall top tier service from these two! Just wanted to shine the light these two and acknowledge the outstanding customer service.

Noodles has always had solid, reliable food but the service at this location is consistently lacking. Portion sizes vary from visit to visit and if ordering carry out, check your bag before leaving because you risk leaving with the wrong food. Happened the other day again; ordered online, receipt was correct but different order packed in bag. Mistakes happen, but they seem to happen regularly at this location.
Amazing people and even better service.....Pat and Kristie the manager really dug in and took care of a large order for us on such short notice.We've been here a few times before and Emily (another manager) was very curt and impatient with us as an entire group.Very big thank you again to Pat (dreds) and Kristie (green ponytail) for making sure that we were taken care of and that every detail was covered.?? ?Wheelchair accessibility: Great ease of access ♿ for those in a wheelchair or trouble with stairs.

I love noodles & company and the food is always the same almost every time I eat it. To be honest, that’s where the praise ends for this location. Walking in there was no-one in line, and a customer was sitting in a booth waiting for an order. I walked up and the girl saw me, and proceeded to ignore me for about a minute while she stuck stickers on to-go bags. Finally, she turned around, didn’t say hi and just looked at me like she was dead inside. I get it, people have rough days, but whoever owns/manages this location should consider not hiring people who don’t want to work there. Probably the worst service I’ve had at a Noodle & Company. I wish reviews actually made a difference at locations but I doubt this will as the manager on duty appeared even more unprofessional than the girl behind the counter. Shoutout to the chefs/cooks though, they always do a great job.Parking: Not many parking spots right in front of the store readily available.

Short staffed and have a repair going on I still see fresh food with a mindful wait and grand worth ethics going on thru their stress hats of to this team they are killing it I thought service like this was gone great job
11:02 am noone in store. Ordered soup and a side of mac. Soup was only HALF FULL and the side of mac and cheese was plain noodles with a sprinkle of cheese on top. No cheese sauce. Had to wait forever even though I was only person in store. Staff was under water apparently and not happy with a co-worker. Lady apologized for wait when she handed me food. I was really disappointed to be ripped off by getting less than I paid for when I got to my office.. Not even worth my time to drive back......they have gone so downhill from how Noodles used to run there stores.......Enjoy my 7 bucks........

Ordered buttered noodles without seasoning, it’s covered in seasoning. Ordered Mac and cheese without the shredded cheese topping, they put the shredded cheese on. Entire order messed up. I’m done eating from this location. They just do not care.

Horrible experience. The employees were swearing and chasing each other around the store play fighting. After an extremely long time of waiting, we received cold food. I ordered buttered noodles with broccoli. The noodles were cold and the broccoli was raw and cold. There was only one clean table for us to eat at while all the others had remnants of past customers food all over them. Only one employee was cooking the food while the others were standing around. One of the employees brought their own speaker and was blaring rap music while the stores provided music was playing as well. Very disappointing.

I came in around 11:10am and waited in line for at least 10 minutes before someone took my order and there was only one other person in line in front of me. When I was ordering my food, the cashier kept questioning everything I was asking for/ordering (an order that I’ve made 100 times) and telling me that “they can’t do that/change that”. Finally towards the end, I asked her if I could get the sauce to the pasta on the side and she says “we can’t do that here”.. and I asked “You can’t put it in a separate to-go container?” and to which she replied “No we can’t”. Mind you, I’ve had this done multiple times and can’t understand why they can’t put the sauce in a separate container. I then proceeded to wait for my food until almost 11:50am. There were only 2 other people in the place, so not quite understanding why it took almost an hour for me to go in and get my food. I spent the most of my hour long lunch break waiting for my food. Couldn’t even eat it.
