Pancheros Mexican Grill - Golden Valley

Ordered online through their app. Never got food as the delivery driver had a damaged car. Refused to remake the order and resend it after calling the store.

The portions at Pancheros continue to shrink to the point of absurdity. I ordered a burrito bowl during my last visit to this location and the guy filling the order was obviously trying to limit how much food he put in the bowl - a tiny scoop of chicken, and half scoops of rice, salsa, fajita veggies, etc. By the time he reached the end, the bowl was only half full - ridiculous!

Too Notch service as always! The food is always up to par. The cherry on top is always the freshly made tortillas

Delicious food. Order wasn’t ready when we arrived (after pick up time) but they pushed order to the top when we inquired.

The quality and quantity I got in the bowl I ordered was bad. I ordered online, and the bowl was barely filled. I was still hungry after, and without even tipping the delivery driver I paid 24$ for a meal that looked to be 2$ worth of food. I rarely order out so it was a treat for me to do so but ended up just being a huge waste of money.

Better than Chipotle, enough said…

This is the BEST Pancheros I have ever been to. I used to live nearby and would always come here for lunch but I have no moved away and dearly miss it. I come and eat here every time I come back and see my friends. I’ve eaten at the Pancheros in North Dakota as well as in Stillwater and those do NOT compare to this location. When it comes to quality and speed of service, this location is unmatched. Would 100000% recommend coming to this location. Love the staff!
