Generally good. tonight was horrible. I don't know if it's them or DoorDash. We ordered 2 pizzas at 8:20 p.m. and have the confirmation email for proof. it was supposed to take 30 -40 minutes. the tracking said it was on its way but an hour and 10 minutes later,still no pizza. We called. All we were told is it should be coming. It arrived over an hour and a half after we ordered, yet the box said we didn't order it an hour after we did. Ordered a pan pizza for the family on a Friday night. Pizza arrived black on the edges. Not dark brown but black like charcoal. Called to complain and expected them to replace my burnt to a crisp pizzas. Rude employee told me the pizza was supposed to be this way as this was a pan pizza. Offered me 20% off as a 'courtesy'. Asked to talk to a manager to make it right and was told manager was too busy to speak to me. Told they would call me back but I'm not holding my breath. Terrible...read full review
