Is 0 stars a possibility? After the first time they messed up our order super bad and the manager was combative I swore I'd never go back. Fast forward 3 years and my wife convinced me to try again. Somehow it got worse. We ordered well over an hour in advance to pick it up. Their timeline, not ours. To cook their books they claimed it was picked up but the order hadn't even been started. 20 minutes later we got it. This site is absolutely dreadful. Hard pass. Poor customer service. Zero cares about customer experience.

All I can say is Holy Smoke son! I ordered two pizzas, got there after it was supposedly ready, but it wasn't. Then when I told him it was missing toppings, he started cussing and said he would refund me for the missing toppings. I asked to have it remade and he looked at me in shock and said it will be another 20-25 minutes. I said okay and waited patiently as he cut the pizzas coming out of the oven. During this time, he dropped a chicken wing on the floor, and I could see it through the bottom shelf. This man picked the chicken wing up discreetly, and put it in the box of the guy ahead of me, so he had a complete order and sent him on his way. He went to make my pizza, and I asked him to wash his hands because I saw him take the wing up off the floor, and again he looked at me in shock.. He started to say he didn't do it, and I stopped him and told him I saw him. So he goes and rinses his hands off with water, and comes back and says, 'My hand didn't touch the ground.' One, I clearly saw your hand touch the ground; two, the chicken wing hit the ground, bounced, and slid everywhere on the ground. So I don't care what touched the ground; I definitely don't want you making me food immediately after you pick that up.
I asked to cancel he replied 'GOOD!'

Pizza ordered ahead of time a large and it's 30 minutes late from being done the time it was supposed to be done ridiculous. And I watch the front counter , girl touch the pizza after it's comes out of the oven with her bare hands. Terrible management also obviously

A combination of fast and good, even being busy. The kind of pizza that is tasty goes easy on your stomach, you don’t fill bloated when you’re done. I’ll be back for sure!

I want to start out by saying you guys need to get this man in here some help. I ordered/picked up at 8:45 PM on 8/31/25 and there is ONE person working. HOWEVER- the ATTITUDE alone from the one man working is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. He is incredibly hateful and began shaking his head and cursing me the moment I walked in. When I told him my order was wrong, he said “give it here” and jerked it from my hands. I continued to stand there and he mumbled some curse words before saying “it’s gonna be a while.” The service is probably the worst service I’ve had in my entire life

So this would be my second time ordering from them. Big family so my orders are around 40-60 dollars. First drop off was fine second drop off was through door dash , I guess the driver thought it was smart to drop off half my order when I went to walk to the car he drove off. All caught on my ring camera as well. So I call the store to let them know what happened the manager seemed uninterested said he wouldn’t remake what I didn’t get and I had to call door dash my thing is the fact that they showed no concern is what bothered me. Even with me being willing to pick up n not asking for a refund he said I’d have to take it up with door dash no number to contact no information on the driver nothing. I’m new to the area and what I realize is these businesses don’t care they treat you like you did something wrong and it sucks for the honest people. Now I see why half the north side has no stores because the people just don’t care frfr. So I’m out of half my order no refund no care in the world not even a sorry for that happening to you. Smh this upset me so much so whoever the young man is that was working as the manager at this time please know I reached to your hr as well because if you not gonna act like a manager why are you a manager? It’s just pizza to you but as a mother it’s a break from cooking for a night. So next time treat people how you’d want them to treat you in this situation. Why would the driver keep half my order idk I can’t speak for him. But I will not be ordering from a place that don’t care just imagine how they handling the food!

update March ‘25: last couple pizzas have had terrible crust. Super flat on half the pizza. Not sure why it’s so hard to get original crust right, but it’s an issue that has be shopping around. ______ Always good pizza, made quick, and friendly interactions when carrying out. Wish it was cheaper, but wish everything was cheaper.

The man working tonight on October 7 around 7:30pm was very inappropriate and unprofessional. He pressured the person I was with into giving a tip and said a cash tip would be better. We have had issues prior to his unprofessional behavior and poor service. He had a wonky eye and a beard with gray hair.

This is my favorite Papa John’s and the best Papa John’s EVER The food and service along with delivery is amazing. I’m a frequent customer of this location since I don’t live far. Every time I order my food comes to my door super hot and fresh like it came directly from the oven. The drivers and service from this location are AMAZING. I don’t know about the bad reviews but I’ve never had a bad experience from this location and they know me because I always call and ask before ordering since I prefer their drivers over the door dash drivers. You guys are THE BEST keep it up
