update March ‘25: last couple pizzas have had terrible crust. Super flat on half the pizza. Not sure why it’s so hard to get original crust right, but it’s an issue that has be shopping around. ______ Always good pizza, made quick, and friendly interactions when carrying out. Wish it was cheaper, but wish everything was cheaper.

Tonight was my second time ordering from this location and it was just as good as the first. You guys made it “well done” just like requested, no missing sauces, quick delivery, hot and fresh pizza. You guys ticked all the boxes. Thankyou!! I look forward to ordering from here in the future.

The man working tonight on October 7 around 7:30pm was very inappropriate and unprofessional. He pressured the person I was with into giving a tip and said a cash tip would be better. We have had issues prior to his unprofessional behavior and poor service. He had a wonky eye and a beard with gray hair.

This is my favorite Papa John’s and the best Papa John’s EVER The food and service along with delivery is amazing. I’m a frequent customer of this location since I don’t live far. Every time I order my food comes to my door super hot and fresh like it came directly from the oven. The drivers and service from this location are AMAZING. I don’t know about the bad reviews but I’ve never had a bad experience from this location and they know me because I always call and ask before ordering since I prefer their drivers over the door dash drivers. You guys are THE BEST keep it up
On-line impossible for over an hour. Called and wanted vegi with white sauce. Ended up with 1 large pizza delivered at $28. Driver didn't knock so we didn't see it outside for as long to be cold. Person called kept switching the rules and told me what you couldn't do. Wanted two 6.99 pizzas with white sauce. No can do! Call went down hill from there - cold pizza for $28. We're elderly and cannot do the big hassle again. The driver never knocked so no tip.
Think we'll find a new pizza place.

The quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes I get a slab of burnt bread, and other times I get loaded toppings. Depends who is working, but it's definitely not worth the bad quality here. They also seem to think anything more than 1 pizza is a HUGE order and you have to call them ahead of time THE MORNING OF or they will complain to you when you pick up your order. Save the trouble and go somewhere else. Also they NEVER include my sauce or pepperchinos. One time I literally got only a stem. Their quality checks are non existent. I also got food poisoning from their green peppers once. Stay away.

I see a lot of negative reviews about the staff but I can say this is far from the truth as I run a neighboring business. I frequently come in about once a week for a soda and I am always treated well. I feel like most of these bad reviewers forget the situation of the world we live in. The entire country is short staffed and we need to remind ourselves to be considerate to those who actually choose to show up to work.
