Typically, I tend to avoid these burger chain type places. However, I saw that they had a special burger (Colorado burger) that piqued my interest and I had a BOGO from them in my GrubHub, so I figured I'd give it a shot.The burger is grass fed beef on a chipotle bun (beyond delicious...which I could buy the buns alone) with pepper jack sheese, grilled green chiles (I got extra), mayo (I skipped it), and LTO. I absolutely love spice and amongst taking one bite of the burger, realized that I didn't even need a sauce on there. The melted pepper jack practically served as a sauce itself and the chiles packed more of a punch than one would expect from a chain restaurant.I went with the double and added bacon (I gave the second to my friend) and it was more than filling enough by itself for a full meal.While I typically opt to frequent Mom and Pop spots for the most part, I know this place is super consistent and spice lovers literally cannot miss with the Colorado burger, though I believe it's only available for a limited time nationally!

Not sure how enforced the washing hands and using gloves to prevent contamination/cross contamination is here, but i got norovirus from this location. Guessing from lettuce, tomato, or onions getting contaminated.

Went a few times to the one in Woodbury, so I’m not sure if fried pickles are off all menus or just this location, but that was my original reason for this visit. Very disappointed:/ Shake is super small for $6 and buns didn’t taste fresh. Pricey place to go for a basic sandwich and tater tots...

WORST Smashburger I've been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Slowest service I've ever had at any smashburger and had to wait in line for 20 minutes JUST to pickup my order that I had already paid for online. Terrible. Never coming back

Slow, terrible Doordasher experience, and awful cashiers. Has run out of ingredients many times - which I cannot understand for these average burgers. This has cost me many hours of my life! I have eaten here and the fries are so thin and are always soggy. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Utilized a food ordering app as going to restaurants are not allowed at this time. Both burgers ordered were wrong. Called restaurant and was met with accusatory responses, "not their fault" over and over and ended with being hung up on by the manager of the store. No help offered and was called a liar in the process. Non existent customer service when an issue arises and no help. If you are looking to support the service industry during this time please spend your money with any of the much finer establishments around this one as all you will get is insulted and a "to do" list to get your money back. Shame on this restaurant and their staff.

We ordered delivery from here because Five Guys was closed. We had never had Smashburger and never will again. The 'chocolate' shake with no chocolate was not only tiny for over $6, it also tasted really weird. It had a strange chemical taste. You can see from the photos that normally the shakes come in an old school malt shop glass, but clearly for delivery they cut the portion in half and still charge full price. The crispy chicken sandwich was overcooked and hard. The cheeseburger was extremely salty. We ended up throwing everything but the fries away. Those had to be reheated in the microwave, but that could be a transporting issue. What a complete waste of money. I don't know if this is location specific or the food is this bad across the board. We won't be finding out.

Ordered burgers with fries. Paid extra for avocado. You could barely find the avocado on the burgers. the portion was very small. The fries tasted terrible and the portions were the size of dollar menu fries. Have they ever changed out the oil at this location? The staff were friendly but would bring the food out piece meal and not know what order number the food went with. Literally just asking people if they ordered a particular hamburger and multiple guests claiming it was theirs. Almost had to argue with other guests as to whom the food belonged to since multiple parties ordered the same burger. Bringing out complete orders would alleviate this issue. We received the burgers five minutes apart and did not receive the fries at all. Had to go up and ask for the fries after finishing our burgers only to discover how bad they tasted. I would avoid this location unless it is just you and the order is to go.
Good taste, but didn't get the same fresh feel like other places. Staff were good and polite.

Good portion sizes. The Burger bun was freezing cold & so was the mustard & ketchup- then the meat itself was too hot to eat it was so gross. Literally tasted like something you can make in ur backyard. The staff was yelling at each other about how they were so excited to get off of work in 30 minutes- so unprofessional. The environment is great and clean. The service at the desk was horrible and unwelcoming. Smash burger is great but this location was a waste of money & time. Save yourself, your money, & your time.
