Starbucks

I have gave this starbucks multiple chances and every single chance i have gave was HORRIBLE. I order a drink with specific instructions and they do the opposite. I order a drink and it has absolutely NO TASTE. the customer service is EH and probably one of the worst starbucks i have been too. Dont recommend.

I frequent this Starbucks and my friend and I have never felt wronged. First, we always order the same coffee and use the Starbucks app. Well, it took money off a locked card which is a no no. She didn’t authorize that,therefore it’s fraud. Secondly,Ben the manager accused her of making false remarks. She never started anything today and Roberta confirmed she never called the barista stupid but Ben told her that she did and she’s not welcomed and he’s already talk to the upper management. Also, Jordan has a stank attitude to customers and was rude to my friend on a different occasion.

I had a great experience working with Doherty. The staff was professional, helpful, and very responsive throughout the process. They communicated clearly and helped me find opportunities that matched my skills. We like going here and the staff is very friendly, but I ordered a simple pike place black this morning and it was extremely weak. The new machines they are using do not seem reliable and the product is very inconsistent.

Tiny inside. Enough room for 4 people and their laptops. Not a good spot to meet someone if you want to sit inside.

Me and my mom went to this Starbucks today at 8:30pm and it was seriously the best Starbucks experience I've ever had. First the lady who took my order was so kind and helpful. And then me and my mom took a sip of our drinks and we both knew we had to write an amazing review. We've both never had a better chai. I didn't think to the baristas name but I wish I did so I could shout her out! She has dark burgundy/red/purple hair. I hope she's being acknowledged for how delicious her barista skills are. 100/10 will definitely stick to this Starbucks.

They remodeled the store and took away all the seating. Go to Triple D Espresso across the street instead. It has a much more welcoming atmosphere.

This is one of the only locations where they consistently get my drink correct and delicious. they are all super friendly also!
