Me and my mom went to this Starbucks today at 8:30pm and it was seriously the best Starbucks experience I've ever had. First the lady who took my order was so kind and helpful. And then me and my mom took a sip of our drinks and we both knew we had to write an amazing review. We've both never had a better chai. I didn't think to the baristas name but I wish I did so I could shout her out! She has dark burgundy/red/purple hair. I hope she's being acknowledged for how delicious her barista skills are. 100/10 will definitely stick to this Starbucks.

They remodeled the store and took away all the seating. Go to Triple D Espresso across the street instead. It has a much more welcoming atmosphere.

The inconsistency is so frustrating. Mornings are usually fine. Only 1 time in the morning, my drink was messed up. It was supposed to be light roast and sweet cream. It was so bitter. I'm assuming the hopper wasn't on correctly. It tasted so bad. I recently started going more on my way home from work since I don't always have time to stop in the mornings.
About half the time, my drink has been wrong in the afternoon. Usually little things where my coffee is still drinkable, like using regular roast instead of blonde. Basically, disappointing but I'll still drink it.
Today was bad. I ordered ahead as I often do.
I'm about 10 minutes away. Afternoons aren't usually busy so mu drink is usually ready and waiting for me when I get there.
Not today. They were dead but my drink wasn't ready. When the barista finally noticed me, they asked if I was Kelly and pulled my ticket from the espresso hopper, not the ticket machine. They literally pulled my ticket when it came in and set it aside and forgot about it.
I had a hot american with some syrup and some oat milk. It should be pretty hot when it's handed to me since they were making it after I had gotten there.
They handed it me without a sleeve. Which isn't the standard for am americano. I had to ask for one, i assumed my drink would be pretty hot since it was just made.
I got out to my car and went to take a sip and it was cold.
I believe they put cool water in the espresso shots instead of hot water as it's supposed to be.
Since it took me about 10 minutes to get my drink already, I just left. Frustrated and without my coffee.
Work on your consistently please! You are the only starbucks on my route.

This is the ONLY Starbucks in the area that refuses to give paying customers trenta ice waters.....probably because trenta cups are marginally more expensive than venti cups. Not sure why a couple of the people here prioritize penny pinching for a billion dollar company, rather than giving a fellow Middle Class American and paying customer a trenta ice water....

This used to be my favorite coffee shop. Then they decided to remodel and take out most of the tables and seating. It is basically a takeout only location now.

EXTREMELY MINIMAL SEATING. Starbucks has a "free refill policy" however, they are eliminating seating in their stores so they don't have to honor this promotion. Starbucks is greedy.

They just renovated this place and went from like 10-15 seats to like 6. Saturday morning and zero place to sit with my 5 year old. Clearly turned this into a ā€œgive me your money and get outā€ place. Not a single lounge chair. Boo.

Recently renovated, this busy location now has almost no seating. I’m very disappointed how the remodel took an already tiny space and made it even more cramped. Perhaps an example of Starbuck’s new business model, only stop here if you’re doing grab and go. Go elsewhere if you want to meet folks and sit inside.

The new renovation is terrible. There are now only 3 tables for seating and the place feels so commercial, in and out, get as many people in and out of here as possible. It’s lost any charm it had for a cozy coffee shop to come and sit down in. Very disappointed in the change. Now that it’s winter, I’m disappointed I couldn’t stay and relax with my warm beverage as ā€œallā€ the very limited seating was already taken.
