This starbucks has the sweetest workers who really connect with you. They always brighten my day! Me and my friend tried the new spicy drinks and ordered one flavor that we weren’t sure on and she recommended the pineapple flavor, which was in fact much better! We always study there and the environment is always fun and good for getting things done. Best starbucks location!!!!
My experience at StarbucksThis starbucks at Golden Valley is like any other. Great, high quality, self made refreshers, warm or cold coffee, small snacks and treats and more. Definitely a high quality fast food chain. Parking is also free and in front of the coffee shop. There is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating available.The staff is very friendly and attentive. In terms of price, Starbucks offers reasonable prices based on the quality and the portion size of the product.Overall my experience here was great. Highly recommended.

Usually a fine experience, but 2 stars for losing my order ahead for beverages for a baby shower. I called 3 days in advance to confirm an order, and when I arrived a few minutes early on the day of the event to pick it up, they had lost the order. Baristas told me it would take 30 minutes minimum to brew replacements…which would have made me late to the event I was co-hosting. It put me in a bad situation and thankfully Caribou across town was able to help out last minute, with a good attitude. I would not order ahead here again.

While the service is always very friendly which I commend, their processes are a bit chaotic. During morning rush, it doesn’t make sense to have one part of your order ready and then wait 25 min for another part of your order, but then the barista says it’s because you took away the food item so they didn’t call your name. Then don’t put the food item on the counter until you’re ready for someone to pick it up. Additionally, the person calling out names for orders is really quiet and she isn’t consistent in calling out all orders so you have to frequently walk up to check, which crowds this section of the store even more. It might be helpful to have one person pairing orders, while another calls out items (at least for rushes). On top of all of this, the online app is never correct on ETA - nor do they update the tracker. So it’s kind of pointless to order ahead.
