Stopped into this location with an online order promotion for footlongs for $6.99, the food was great fresh and fast was ready when i arrived and the cashier was busy but didn't make me wait, he grabbed my sandwich while he was taking another customer order at the register loved that accommodation great job!!!!!
Parking: they had available parking when i arrived for my online order !

I was denied service at 9PM yesterday. My wife was told to make an online order since the store stopped taking walk ins . I placed the order , had an order confirmation and got charged on my credit card. I go in, and the very rude employee says there’s nothing in her system and she refuses to serve me because she’s been there since open. Why would subway take my money without giving me my food and refuses to refund me . The employee also called the cops claiming I was being argumentative.

Stopped in tonight on a whim and the red haired gentleman that made my sandwhich had AWESOME customer service. Went above and beyond to make sure things were all good! Thankyou! (I do apologize for not mentioning his name, I forgot to look at the name tag!)

Mobile order: used the wrong bread, didn’t toast subs, and didn’t give soda that came with meal.
The manager that was working 6/8 was working the store ALONE. and dealt with a line of hungry folks like a champ (Kahlani I believe was her name, unfortunately didn’t have a name tag on at that time so I don’t know how to spell her name). With her being in a somewhat overwhelming situation, she handled the rush gracefully and with a smile. *thumbs up* my mom and I were very impressed. If the line seems long and theres 1 sandwich artist, you will get your food in a timely manner, some people can be mean because they are hangry. I hope the rest of her shift went smoothly!! Four people working. One person making sandwiches. It used to be fast to pop in and get your food. In the last 6-8 months it’s started to go from quick to painfully slow. The food is still good though. If they could get another person to help out instead of chit chat in the back it would be great.

Ordered 2 footlongs on March 16th 2024. Got home the bread was HARD! Called and asked if all the bread was that way or can I get a new sandwich. The employee said all the bread was that way and I can talk to kalani about a refund... 2 weeks later still no refund or contact from the store. I called again today (4-1-24 @ 330pm) and thale man who answered the phone would not give me his name.. and hung up on me.. horrible service..
