Guy making my sandwich doesn't understand simple requests. Toast the bacon first and then toast my sub with bacon on it. He put the bacon in the oven for 45 seconds and said he was burning it so now he can't toast my sub. Said its not his fault it was burnt after deliberately burning it. Hes rude and doesnt have good customer service. Like what???

The Subway app and this place do not get along well. So I dont want to give this location a bad rating, because it could be a corporate thing. The food is solid every time. But the employees do t really know how to deal with the app issues.

I've never been to a subway that has such long waits. Takes them over 5 minutes tho make 1 sandwich so you're always waiting. And why is there only 1 person work8mg here? Took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Slowest subway in the world.

The worst customer service! Went in and only one other customer was there. The lady behind the counter finished her order then asked me if I was an online order. I told her no. She then told me that she will be doing the online orders first then will help me (this was after already waiting 10 mins). I waited... she started the order then went to the back and proceeded to make a personal phone call. I waited another 15 mins and she was still on the call... online orders still not done and never asked if she could help take my order.
I went to the subway at Walmart in Lemmon instead. Pretty disappointing customer service

Placed an online order at 7:16pm. Went in and sat patiently...around 7:43 I told a young lady who was around cleaning I had a pick up order, she pointed at the guy behind the counter who was taking every single walk in order. Around 7:55pm was when my order was finally done. Rude staff, no apologies for the wait time. I can understand being under staffed, but there are solutions around that. The disrespect and rudeness is unnecessary, if you don't like your job, quit! Customer service was not there, or any other time I see the same guy at this establishment. Day shift is way better than the night shift. I will never in my life go to that location again.

Horrible management. Super unprofessional and incompetent. Image how they treat the food if they treat the people they interview like trash. Mixed scheduling on interviews with no accountability and no response from GM until reported. Know your worth.

Stopped into this location with an online order promotion for footlongs for $6.99, the food was great fresh and fast was ready when i arrived and the cashier was busy but didn't make me wait, he grabbed my sandwich while he was taking another customer order at the register loved that accommodation great job!!!!!

Parking: they had available parking when i arrived for my online order !
