Four people working. One person making sandwiches. It used to be fast to pop in and get your food. In the last 6-8 months it’s started to go from quick to painfully slow. The food is still good though. If they could get another person to help out instead of chit chat in the back it would be great.

One of the best subways I’ve ever been at before!! This subway is always my first choice, the restaurant is always clean and the food always looks so fresh! And the employees 100042 on 4/9/24 at 2:55pm did a great job!

Ordered 2 footlongs on March 16th 2024. Got home the bread was HARD! Called and asked if all the bread was that way or can I get a new sandwich. The employee said all the bread was that way and I can talk to kalani about a refund... 2 weeks later still no refund or contact from the store. I called again today (4-1-24 @ 330pm) and thale man who answered the phone would not give me his name.. and hung up on me.. horrible service..

Very unprofessional and unprepared. Left my sandwich open for pickup by Uber eats driver,advertised that they had vitamin water but there wasn’t any instead I got two regular waters. I didn’t trust the sandwich so I didn’t eat it.

Good sandwiches for my 8 year old and I, super nice girl at the counter but my gosh, what happened to the pricing at this location? It was $24 before a tip for two sandwiches and no drinks or sides. The price at the subway off of excelsior would have been under 20 easily. Both locations are equal distance from our house so next time I'm definitely ordering online so I don't have the same sticker shock and going to the other location in st. Louis park.
