They have supplied Lefse for our family for decades. I remember when you called on the phone, ordered and was sent a bill along with the Lefse. Holidays without Mrs Olson’s Lefse is not a holiday.
I'm Norwegian and have grown up eating lefse my whole life. We all have learned how to make from scratch. As a young person I was taught how to roll it out ever so thin. A little older I was taught the skill of cooking on the griddle. I must say Ms Olsons is the closest to our families home made lefse. God bless you all.
