Overall it was an “ok” place to stay, rooms were not clean, found a tampon (new) behind freezer, toilets had pee on them still, the heaters look turn of the century and had been Jerry rigged to keep working, and the water had a nasty sulfur smell… but the beds were clean. It’s $220+ a night after taxes/fees… and expected a TON more for the price, kinda felt gouged due to location. David is the man the only one bartender named David he deserves a raise to 25$+ he offered exceptional service to us tonight and today you guys would be dumb to not pay him 25+ an hour he’s someone you must keep on staff for great pay cause he really offers that great customer service we’re all looking
The food was pretty good. I had the rib-eye steak, which I really enjoyed. The fries and Texas toast were good, too. I also ordered the portabella mushrooms with cheese sauce as an appetizer, and it was different than I expected. They came breaded and fried. The cheese sauce didn’t compliment the mushrooms well.
