The Bake Shoppe's pies are second to none! They are carefully made and chock-full of whatever delicious pie filling you're getting! We have just experienced their coconut cream mini pies. It's the best coconut cream we've ever had!!! Topped with toasted coconut, it finishes it to give the perfect texture with each bite!

I appreciate that they sell ingredients and gluten-free items for those that require that. I feel their baked items are mediocre, I can make much better. The cream cheese filling is more like a runny pudding, not how I like cream cheese. The raspberry filling tastes like it came from a can. Now I know. One other thing, there was no coffee or anything to wash it down with.

So awesome to have a bakery that's so much more than a bakery. Bulk items, patio chairs, fresh fruit!
The bakery case included several types of rolls, doughnuts and blueberry scones. I tried the raspberry roll. This was similar to a cinnamon roll except with raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting. This was a good combination. The frosting was very sweet. In addition to baked goods, the store offers a good selection of supplies for home bakers including flour, sugar and spices.
