I love picking up food from Anacabes. It's always delicious, and the service is the absolute best. Every interaction at the pick up window (so convenient) leaves me feeling happier than I was before I came.
I love this place, very homey, nice friendly people, and the FOOD IS AMAZING!! Breakfast is so so good, especially the croissant breakfast sandwich . They know many of the regulars by first name. Get there early though for a table or booth.
This place is definitely a hole in the wall. It's not fancy. It doesn't have a big menu. BUT. The food is great and it's served quickly. The folks running the show are always chatty and kind, and they know many of their customers by name. I've never been served anything less than fresh, hot, home style food. Their fries are great. Love the Cuban tacos. I'm from out of town, but this is a favorite place to stop when I'm passing through
