When it's busy be prepared to wait but it is well worth it.

Came here again about two weeks ago. Food was ok. Service was not the greatest. It was the lack of sanitation while doing dishes that did it for me. Common sense to wash your hands between loading dirty dishes and touching clean dishes. If that's what I can see, one can only imagine what we can't.

Food served in plastic baskets, I'd rather have a ceramic/glass plate. Otherwise decent food. Bingo was fun my friend won 200 on a cover-all.
Cool place, ample parking, cute waitresses.đđâ„ïžđ

I wonât be back, due to that nasty woman in the kitchen named Gail. Sheâs rude, unhygienic, and just not a nice person. I stopped eating my food, after I saw her scratch her inner thigh and then go back to work without washing her hands. She also likes to make nasty remarks about peopleâs skin color. She only prefers white people in the restaurant. If changes are ever made, I may decide to give it another chance.
Had the broastd chicken. Great meal. I called ahead before I drove 25 minutes. Sat dkwn and it was ready!

Stopped in on a whim from good reviews. Got inside and two employees were behind the restaurant side âbarâ area talking. After about a minute, the male said âhiâ and continued talking to the female, who appeared to be the waitress. We sat there for five minutes and never got menus, water, or even acknowledged. Each went to the bathroom and the guys bathroom had a pile of urine mats spilling out of the garbage. We walked out and the waitress tried to intercept us with menus. No thanks.

Brass Rail absolutely lives up to the hype! Their broasted chicken is hands-down some of the best youâll ever tasteâperfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. The broasted potatoes are incredible too, golden and seasoned just right. And the coleslaw? Fresh, creamy, and the perfect side to round out the meal.
Everything is consistently delicious, comforting, and made with care. If youâre craving the ultimate broasted chicken dinner, Brass Rail is the place to go.

It reminds me of a Fried Chicken restaurant for which my family would drive 45 minutes back when I was a kid. The chicken is delicious. Not fried but broasted(?) The only negative is that there's not much else to eat on the menu and the sides are unremarkable. It's a small town bar atmostphere which is OK.
I had another great experience at The Brass Rail! Andrea was our server, sheâs was very attentive, friendly and on top of it!
Food continues to be consistent. The coleslaw is the my favorite!

Andrea Erickson was the best waitress what we've ever experienced at the brass rail. The food was absolutely amazing and I will go there again and again bring all your friends.
