The last time I ate at this place was like four years ago and I remembered why. My family and I ordered and I waited for our food for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. I don’t have a problem waiting for my food as long as it’s hot. We got our food and it was room temperature at best buns were soggy. The french fries were soggy my wife got my fries with her burger and I got hers. I never ate the fries I got ,because they were crinkle cut fries . My least favorite and not what I ordered I ordered seasoned fries. like I said they were room temperature. Those fries are gross like that. My burger was OK a little overcooked. My wife’s was a little undercooked. The waitress was a nice lady and she did a good job but I would not recommend eating here if you want hot food go somewhere else and it’s probably gonna be better food anyways. I will not eat at the double R ever again .

I was recently back here the other day. All I can say is - OMG! The food, once again, was fantastic. It has been forever since I had such marvelous Potato Salad, yum 😋. If they sold it by the lb. I would have taken 2 lbs home. New to me on the menu was their Haddock with a creamy Sweet Chili Sauce and Wild Rice. This is a MUST have. Service was great.

Great small town bar. Had the ribs and chicken Thursday night special and it was great! Ribs were fall off the bone and broasted chicken was light and crispy. Plus you get potato and salad bar. Will definitely be back!

Most of the clientele were groups of retired persons enjoying dinner in groups or pairs. It was busy in there, but they happily moved us from the bar to a table when one opened. The music was kept low, so older people were able to converse comfortably.

One of the best burgers I've had in a while! My wife loved her chicken bacon sandwich too. Staff was friendly. Soda's only get one refill though but I'd absolutely go back if I ever get the chance! It is (as you would expect) loud.

Great place to stop for supper and drinks. The service is excellent. The waitresses team up and make sure you're always taken care of. The prime rib is always excellent on Saturday nights. Good food and good drinks. You can't go wrong!
Best burger in the business! Fresh beef from the meat market in town and you can tell. None of this premade garbage. Great soups and salads! Over all- this is a 5 start place!

We've been here several times. It is the most unfriendly bar I've ever been to. Staff is rude and food is mediocre. Don't bother with this one.
