“We popped in for lunch during what I can only describe as local's hour. On our way up the NW Angle, we came in to half a dozen or so of Grygla's Finest chewing the fat about life in town. I can only assume they had just finished eating. We had the bean soup, Philly Steak, and a hamburger. All of it was very good. As we were finishing up, the locals got back to work, I suppose, as they started filing for the door. FedEx guy popped in to deliver a package. And once the staff was sure the lunch rush was over, they all fixed a plate from the buffet and sat down for lunch. Our waitress came over and chatted with my daughter about her hair; they both had dyed theirs. It was such a fun experience. Thanks for the meal, ladies! If you're in the area, or if you aren't, this place will make you feel like a local and the food is good to boot!”
