Stopped in with my mom for a quick lunch. The place was half full and our food took nearly 45 minutes for a couple burgers and some fried items. Menu is small and basic, not sure why it took so long. We saw a couple people come in, sit down, and then walk out.
The burgers were good though so I will give them that. Maybe it was just an off day with the speed…..
The music was playing so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with people at your own table unfortunately.

The owner, Carla is a very pleasant owner/ waitress. The beer selection is very limited but carefully selected and the food??? F_cking outstanding!! Been to FTS&T twice under the new ownership and am psyched to report the burgers here have been consistently amazing both times I've eaten there. And this from a guy who's lives in Omaha and has tasted amazing Omaha burgers (i.e. Stella's, Bärchen Garden). Her meat is locally sourced as are her vegetables (tomato, onion).

First off I must qualify this rating. Like many people, I know good burgers, I've eaten them in all the places mentioned below, not to mention live near & often dine at a restaurant by the name of Stella's in Bellevue NE. For thousands of Omaha residents, Stella's burgers are the standard by which all other burgers are judged; forget mentioning they are significantly more affordable than the other similar quality burgers in town. On to the Yelping..Carla and the Fourtown Store & Tavern (4TS&T) get a 5 star rating simply because her burgers are a nearly flawless diamond in the rough considering where this joint sits (Google Map Search--Fourtown MN) relative to the places in the US one would expect to find an extraordinary burger (Kansas City, Omaha, Chicago, NYC, Texas, etc). The reasons her burgers are amazing I suspect, is because Carla sources her beef & vegetables locally and she has perfected exactly how to cook a burger like a Dark Sith Lord. I cannot laud her burgers enough! She also has at least one good beer on tap/bottled most people will like. (Big Wave Golden Ale by Kona Brewing Co. was my choice) Keep it up Carla! Maybe, just maybe someone will show up JUST try try your amazing burgers as a result of this glowing Yelp review!!!;-)

If you want to be anywhere else but here today don’t come here. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries and drinks and never got our drinks or food within the hour and 20 mins we were there.
