My family and I dined in on Saturday, December 6th and spent $51.95 total ($49.95 on card and $2 cash). We misplaced the receipt, but I later provided a bank screenshot proof of the purchase to customer support.
Our order included a SpongeBob chicken nugget kids meal, two SpongeBob Whopper meals, a 3 for $7 deal (original chicken sandwich and two bacon cheeseburgers), value fries, a 2 cheeseburger meal (upgraded to medium, paid extra), mozzarella fries, and jalapeño cheddar bites. Not only was all of the food cold or only room temperature, but two orders of fries were also missing from our order. The overall food quality was unacceptable.
I contacted Burger King customer support the next day hoping for a reasonable resolution. Despite providing proof of purchase, the only compensation offered was a $15 credit that required downloading the Burger King app. This response did not match the level of the issue or the amount we spent on this large order.
Between the cold food and the poor handling of our complaint, this was a frustrating experience. Burger King seriously needs to improve their food quality and their customer service.
This is not the first time we’ve experienced issues at this location. Even on past visits, the food has been cold and poor in quality, but this most recent visit was bad enough that it finally prompted me to leave a review. To those reading, I would eat somewhere else.

Problem with late night meals, food is usually cold and they substituted chicken nuggets for the out of stock chicken fries. One is double the cost of the other. You'd think you'd get double of the cheaper product if you're going to sub...

Went there after dropping off the wife. Always liked the sausage and egg croissant, not at this one. The egg and sausage looked and tasted like they were made yesterday very dry

The quality has significantly improved compared to previous years. There were instances where our orders were incomplete, but lately, the experience has been excellent, and we have been returning frequently.

OMG 82° on the thermostat on the 21st day of JUNE? It was like walking into an oven. I thought I was going to have a heat stroke while we were having lunch. We ate as fast as we could just to get bk outside where there was a breeze.

The woman working the drive-through was as rude as I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I’ve eaten at this restaurant a lot, as it is near me. The lobby is regularly dirty. This restaurant used to run very well, it appears the new management is poor.
