Ordered the xl pizza & garlic bread w/dip. The was not squares first & the garlic toast was way over done! The crust edges of pizza were burnt crumbled. Garlic toast was hard to even chew it. Disappointed with this order for sure. We have had better what's going on? I even took pictures of how bad garlic toast was put can't download.

I recently had a pizza delivered by a Chanticlear employee wearing a hat with a prominent political message and endorsement. When I called to express concern, I was told that management supports employees wearing such apparel while on the job. I explained that this kind of messaging can be divisive and risks alienating a significant portion of their customer base.
Pizza should be something that brings people together—not something overshadowed by political statements. In today’s polarized climate, it’s surprising and disappointing that Chanticlear allows political apparel as part of its employee dress code.
Until this policy changes, I won’t be ordering from Chanticlear again. As much as I enjoy the pizza, it doesn’t make up for the lack of consideration shown toward customers who simply want a welcoming, neutral experience.

Cheesy sticks were burnt- garlic turned acrid. Smelled and tasted like vomit. I've never had that happen before at a pizza place. It all went straight in the trash and we made a frozen pizza.

I'm sorry,I cannot eat the pizza and for $38 I'm so sad. The dough was not cooked, I even air fried it to cook it more and the bottom was still soggy. And the toppings were all celery,onions and mushrooms with nothing but cheddar cheese. Just to yuk and its not the 1st time. I think I gave you too many chances and I can't afford it anymore. I feel sick from the couple bites I did try to be honest
Ordered 2 medium pizzas tonight. Delivery. Was delivered 2 very delicious pizzas from prompt and smiling delivery service. I will do this at least once a week. Thank you so much. ?

Great staff! I arrived a little early to pick up my 3 pizzas and chanti stix we ordered online. I was told they would bring it out to my truck. When he did, he explained why putting it on the floor was better (especially when they were hot), so the toppings did not slide by putting it on the angled seat. Great friendly customer service!

Sunday Pasta Specials. I got a Meatball Dip. 6 Meatballs, lots of sauce. 3 pieces garlic bread with cheese. I picked it up. Easily 2 meals for me. $8.40 including tax. Delicious!
