Just came here to order a signature triple combo , Burger only came with two patties on it I returned it walked into dairy Queen they took my sandwich in the back and put a third patie on it and handed it back to me that is very unsanitary I will not be returning to this dairy

Came here to get a treat for me and my little one. When ordering I told her I wanted a “chocolate brownie extreme with whip cream and a lid”. She paused for about 20 seconds and asked what it was again. So I repeated myself. She than asks if I wanted whip cream. I said yes and I lid. She paused again. I than ordered my daughters ice cream and said “a dipped chocolate cone”. She then asks “what flavor. I just want to know why people don’t pay attention when ordering it would have saved her from asking all the questions. There was no other cars in the drive through at this time or anyone inside the DQ and when I pulled up all the workers were standing in a circle. When I than got to the window she asks if I want a lid. I could have been rude and told her I already told her 3 times I wanted one but didn’t want to be rude. I than get my blizzard and apparently this is how the serve whip cream now.

Came for ice cream with the family. Service is always good here, but every time we come, the place is in worse condition than the time prior. It's absolutely disgusting at this point.Today we dined in. There were fruit flies everywhere, so we thought. My husband went to the restroom and the space was so filthy, there were several kinds of flies everywhere in the bathrooms. These were the same kinds of flies that were out in the restaurant, flying around all of the food. I'm sure they were up in the food prep area, but they were extremely heavy in the dining area.I have experience working in trash homes and hoarder houses that have these same flies. Needless to say we will not come back to this DQ location. I don't know how they'd pass inspection. The restaurant is filthy. The flies are an indicator of unsanitary conditions, and the whole place made you feel like you had to wash your hands if you touched anything.I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Worst service ever we waited 15 minutes for 2 blizzards only 1 car ahead of us when we got to the window the employee disappeared. Would not recommend this location.
There are some really great young people that work at this Dairy Queen. Is everything always perfect? No it clearly isn’t. But let’s remember that these young people are not responsible for the bigger issues that this place has, that falls on management as it does at every other fast food place. Big Kudos to Sawyer for being so incredibly friendly at the drive through last night, he even wiped the outside of my blizzard cup down before handing it to me.

Stopped in today to get a quick bite and a malt this young man "Sawyer" greeted us right away him and his crew working at the time did a great gob with customer sevice and preparing our meals .. 5 stars your guys

This place is getting to be a joke! Waited 16 minutes in the drive-thru tonight with only 1 other vehicle in the drive thru. For the second week in a row they got the order wrong and food was barely Luke warm when I got home less than 5 minutes later. Sick of paying good money for shady food and service!
